From the friendly and excellent service through the delivery every aspect of my shopping was positive. The sales person I worked with was patient and helpful during all 4 visits it took for me to decide exactly what I wanted. My Amish, built to order, table and chairs are stunning and of the highest quality workmanship. I highly recommend Adirondack Furniture.

Do not go here! I was in the market for Adirondack chairs for my wife for Mother's Day from my 2 & 4 year old daughters. I had been to LL Bean the chairs were $300, I decided to try Adirondack Furniture. When I walked in my 2 little girls needed to use the bathroom. I asked a sales associate if they could use the bathroom and the response was "are you going to buy something here?". My response was, I didn't come here to use your bathroom. The sales associate then continued to talk about me with the customer they were with. When the girls were done, we continued to look at the chairs, they were $400. When I mentioned the chairs were overpriced and I could get them cheaper, the response was, "I'm sorry you can't afford them". I've never met a more rude sales associate in my life. I realize it's hard to find good people, but if I was the owner of this store, I'd be there working the sales floor myself; however, after reading the reviews, sounds like my experience wouldn't have been much better.

My husband and I went to this store today. The service we received (East Syracuse location) was absolutely horrible, the woman that waited on us was nasty and rude. She shouldn’t be working with people. She must have forgotten that we had made a large purchase in the past. We will never go back to this location again. If you are looking to go to Adirondack Furniture I would suggest you go to the Syracuse location, much friendlier staff who are willing and wanting to help.
