Very upset with this company! Brought my husband's winter coat in to clean for upcoming winter season. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a large woman's coat very similar to his. The owner searched around but couldn't find my husband's coat.Next, my silk blouse with jeweled pocket.I took it home & saw the sleeve ripped & discoloration on the shoulders!The owner said he didn't think it was their fault! Nothing more! Even their location in Oceanside was very cold & said, "Nothing we can do"!So shocked with their non caring attitude!Beware!

Like another review has mentioned, the customer service here is outstanding. The prices are comparable to others in the area, but I come back here for the friendly service. They've helped me multiple times when I need my clothes dry cleaned and ready the next day. If you live in the area and need a new dry cleaner, this is the place to go. Great customer service, welcoming owners, and super reliable.

Great service every time! Dry cleaning has always been an arch enemy of mine, but not when it comes to utilizing Smart Set Too Cleaners on Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway. No matter how big or small the order they seem to get it right. I have gotten winter sweaters, cocktail dresses, evening gowns, spring/winter coats and even the notorious Dry Clean Only Queen size comforters for the bedroom professionally dry cleaned by them. They officiately, quickly get it done all at good fair prices. The owner is very personable and always greets you with a smile on the way in and out. I just recently went in to see if maybe they could fix a zipper on my ski jacket and viola within 2 days done [Friday drop, Monday pickup]. Ski jacket back just in time for the upcoming trip. I got very lucky and the zipper color and sizes matched perfectly to what they had. Thanks so much Smart Set Too Cleaners of East Rockaway, New York for being the best in class when it comes to dry cleaning. My faith has been restored due to you, when it comes to dry cleaning. I encourage everyone to do business with you.

Took $200 of dry cleaning there last week. Two wool sweaters came back with tons of holes. The man told me that they were “moth holes”. We do not have moths, and the sweaters didn’t have holes when we took them there. They are just ruined now and were almost $100 each. On another of my suits, a button is cracked in half. There was no mention of this by the man at the store and I didn’t see it until i got home and put the suit away much later. I will never go to this place again. With many choices in the area, I don’t know why you would either.
