Steve is a great groomer and very good with our LILLY. Can't say she loves going there because of going in the car. Once she's with Steve and Zarida she just gets in the bathtub and knows what she wants done.

I bought 2 dogs over the years from Steve and staff they are honest and knowledgeable, my chihuahua lived 13 years died in his sleep and my pug only 9. My pug suffered from issues due to stress from super storm sandy. No issues with this store or their dogs or products.

I experienced poor customer service and extremely rude staff members here. I took my 7 year old daughter who wanted to see what kind of puppies and breeds they carried while in the area and when we arrived we were never greeted throughout the duration of the 10 minutes we were in the shop. The owner or cashier (an older silver haired male) stood with his arms folded and watched us in silence as if we were going to steal the puppies. He continued to stare as we got back into our car from the door of the shop. There was also a young lady who was working in the back of the shop (perhaps she was a tech or assists with grooming) she also stared at us until I asked a question about the number of dogs they carry. To speak to us was like dental implant surgery. Kindness can go a long way but not here. Perhaps they didn't believe they would gain any business from us due to preconceived notions built on racism and for that, they are absolutely correct.

We got our puppy, Findlay, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, 2 months ago from Puppy Park. He has completed our family and we all love him so very much. I've had many dogs in my life, and this little guy, is by far the sweetest puppy I've ever had. All he wants is love and snuggles. Steve was so helpful when we were getting Findlay, and has been just as helpful along the way. Thank you Puppy Park!

Thank you so much Puppy Park! Steve was wonderful and so helpful. He answered my 1,001 questions and gave me much needed advice. I know that they will be a great resource for me if additional questions arise. You can tell that the puppies well being is of the utmost importance.
