⚠️ I was harassed and assault by an employee. She dragged me by my hood, choking me, and kept telling me to leave. I kept asking her why but she just kept telling me to leave. I’ve filed a police report. As an abuse survivor, this was terrifying to me. No one else did anything, they just watched it happen.

If your staff is going to follow folks around it shouldn't be me.

Very nice and helpful people in the Pharmacy department, ready to go an extra mile. We often travel greater distance to get to this specific store. Great experience.

Horrible customer service. Very rude wasn’t even on the phone with the pharmacist for a min this Sunday evening without getting a nasty attitude.

Imagine being in full blown allergic reaction for the entirety of the day. You then get prescribed medicine to stop the insatiable itch that has now literally covered your entire body. You call CVS to grab your medication so you can have somewhat of a normal night of sleep. They're closing at 8pm and you call at 7:58 because your GPS says you'll arrive at exactly 8. You ask if they'd kindly stay open for another minute as you explain your situation and the response by the absolutely heartless individual on the other end of the phone is "You must be here before 8". You rush in the door at 8:01 and when you get to the pharmacy section you see closed gates and the lights turned off. Whoever the robot was on the other end of the phone I hope you slept well and awake rested tomorrow morning. As for me, I will wake up every 30 minutes of the night to fight the itch until I have to wake up at 7:30 in the morning for work. Everytime I wake up I'll be thinking of how much of a truly inconsiderate person you were raised to be.

I've been a patron here since 2008. This location is great for the kids at East Rockaway High School because it is right across the street. Great for grabbing snacks before sports meets and long nights of rehearsals for the musical. There's a photo section, pharmacy, and always a ton of holiday items. CVS always offered nice deals when I was a student. 3/$4 candies, 2/$6 shampoos, all sorts of makeup deals, and 2/$1.50 Arizonas. Additionally, there's plenty of parking outside. I've never seen them run out of parking here. The workers here used to be nicer. The new cashiers are very sassy. If you don't say hi back to them, they get real snappy. I asked for batteries today and the response was so hostile and unnecessary. I've worked as a cashier before and honestly, if you're having a bad day, just go stock some shelves. No need to project negativity onto your patrons that are just trying to buy some shampoo and batteries. P.S. Forgot your CVS card at home? Just give them your phone number.

This seems to be an awesome place, if you're Caucasian. Otherwise , you may want to seek other accommodations for your rx/healthcare needs. Great news is, if you're white, you can even park in their lot, when NOT patronizing! Save yourself the hassle, just go elsewhere!

Moved to Long Island recently and thought I transferred all my family's prescriptions to CVS in Oceanside. I continued to receive texts to refill prescription from the CVS where I moved from. This CVS is closer to me, so I went to purchase some items I needed. While there I asked the cashier Eli about what I should do and he recommended I speak with the pharmacist, John. I did, and John was superior in his customer service. He was polite, attentive, concerned and helpful. John searched my family's records and found that the records had not been transferred by the Oceanside CVS to them. John transferred all the family prescription records to the East Rockaway LI CVS. It didn't take long and I received a text letting me know I was now registered with this CVS. THANK YOU JOHN!
