When it comes to my vehicle care I'm very strict about it. Take care of your stuff.Yesterday my oil change was due. I had my appointment scheduled. During the last couple of weeks I had had some tailgate problems when I would open it. The latch was worn out. So I mentioned it to Tom Anne the service director. I also wanted the 4-wheel drive checked. They had done a repair on it last year. Tom directed his staff to check these extras during my oil change.Well everything went perfect. My tailgate latch was covered under my warranty as was my 4-wheel drive. It pays to get a warranty!!!The service department at VanBortel is one of the best run service departments I've ever dealt with. They take care of the customer.

Vanbortel is the place to go. Yet anotheer great experience with QuickLane. Needed to get my daughters car some new tires as she was riding on her originals from a lease. Decided to keep the car so went to VanBortel for the tires. Denise went thru some tires she thought might be a good fit!! On my way out she asked if I wanted it to be inspected too (sticker said due this month). I said sure. (I dont drive this car!!) They look out for you, take care of you and you dont have to worry about getting things you dont need. Honest, experienced and very customer driven! Thanks Denise!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Bought a 2022 Bronco Sport 8 months ago from Vonborstel. Have called every day for a week and left messages trying to get an appointment for service. After one week I received a message and number to call. Today I called about 15min's after they said the hours began and there was no answer! Do they even have a service department??

Just bought a Ford Lightning from Van Bortel Ford. Steve Miller, my salesman, was excellent throughout. In a time when dealers are charging 10-15k+ over MSRP for these cars, these guys honored MSRP for this hard to find car. First time we spoke, Steve stated that it will be sold at MSRP and that's exactly what happened. No funny business, no extra add ons. Straight forward as can be for this out of state deal. Highly recommended. Great dealership experience. Thank you for this early Christmas gift.

After posting my original issue about the Ford lug nuts, VanBortel called me and sent me a check fir the full amount. My complaint is more with Ford and the defaulty lug nuts. I would buy another car with VanBortel. The FastLane is SO BUSY, it definitely could expand!

I have a 2020 F-150 (under 10,000 milesage on it) and notice the strange something on cluster decided stop. I received warning message through Ford app. The truck about to catch the fire. I decided had someone tow my truck to this place. I asked them have fix the truck and loaner They don't care about this shyt. If you decide to drop it off the service and need to fix the car. DON'T go there. They don't give a fudge about you!!

I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and a software update and was told it would be very quick so just use the "Quick lane"; however, when I got there I was told that it was almost lunchtime and they wouldn't be able to get to it for an hour and a half. That certainly isnt "quick lane" like service and why wouldn't they have people to work during lunch.... or at least let people know that if you bring your car at lunchtime, you will have to wait an hour and a half. Lack of respect for a customer's time makes me want to look for other vehicle options in the future.

The parts department is great. I can call, provide my VIN number, and order any part for my vehicle. They are open later than 7pm, which makes stopping by after work extremely convenient.
