Usually I don’t have any issue. BUT tonight I was in there around 7:30 and the gentleman working was SO RUDE !!!! I tried to get a 10 dollar lottery ticket and paid for it and the machine didn’t dispense it and I asked him what I should do. Not only would he not even look up at me but told me told me I was out of luck. I’ve had tickets stuck at so many other stores and they open the machine and get it. He at the very least could have gotten my name and had the manager or owner contact me. He is alway so rude and busy doing his own personal stuff like on his phone. He is a TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE AND SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !
