(Spectrum Mobile) - My wife and I went into the store on a Sunday and the waiting line was 10+. Decided to make an appointment for after work on a weekday and glad we did. Went in on a WEDS night and were initially greeted by Brett Tillotson. We were considering switching from Verizon (15+ year customer) to Spectrum Mobile. Needless to say Brett took his time in answering all of our questions. We now each have a new phone and are saving about $50 per month on our mobile bill. Brett made the migration super easy and we are so far happy with the service. @Spectrum you are very fortunate to have Brett on your customer service team!

Our store experience exceeded all of our expectations thanks to our dealings with Torjhae. She was pleasant, professional and most importantly to us, patient. She was able to solve all our technical challenges and then explained how we could maximize the services we received for the best price. No matter how many questions I asked she was able to answer them, smiling the entire time. Spectrum is fortunate to have her as an employee.

I decided to switch over to Spectrum Mobile and when we did it wasn’t initially working so I asked for a refund then was told that I would have to call and get it the person I was dealing with was nice but when there was a bit of trouble I had asked if one of the other two or three guys there could possible also help but they seemed bothered to be asked for help and when they did help they weren’t super friendly and seemed semi annoyed. Idk I just feel that if you are doing that type job you have to be good at customer service and at least be somewhat kind. It was just off putting to want to go back in again but I’m sure I will have to again I just hope that it’s not the same experience.

This is for my interaction at the store. My store visit was magic. I was immediately greeted by Brett, Torjhae, and Anthony. Brett Helped me immediately. He was very patient, respectful, kind, and Knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and out of his way to help me. You guys are amazing and you solved my problem immediately and got me in and out very quickly. Your employees you have, are very skilled and the service was exceptional!! If I need anything at all. This is the only store that I will go back to and I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you guys so much. I truly appreciate you!!

Waited over 1 hour and still was unable to return the equipment.One of the associates said they were having phone issues. Maybe they shouldn't be in the phone business if they don't know what they are doing

Had Spectrum for years. Squirrels kept chewing the lines and every time I would contact customer service I would have to talk to people in India who had no clue what they were doing and only read queue cards until ultimately after being passed around three or four times to ever "higher" levels of tech support, I would be told that a technician would need to be sent out to correct the problem. Having to wait at least 1 and more often 2 weeks for a technician to come repair their damaged lines, it was pretty clear that Spectrum was never going to be worth having. Fortunately, Greenlight entered the market area and we were among the first to sign up for it. For less than half the amount Spectrum charged us, I was able to get Greenlight service with a speed rating 10x what Spectrum provided. After cancelling Spectrum, they suddenly offered us 2x faster service for half the price of the original, but couldn't understand why I refused because 10x faster is still much better than Spectrum. They have continued to call and send people door to door for 2 years now because it appears the entire neighborhood abandoned them for Greenlight.

Don't go here.The line is short because reps lie to customers' faces about the services they provide to thin the line. Phone support was baffled when I called and said the rep here couldn't help me.I went to another location and was serviced without question or hassle and I was out in two minutes. They were confused when I told them about my experience at this store too.

East Rochester spectrum is #1 I went to another spectrum store and they couldn’t help me all I wanted was just Internet and they wanted to sell me TV and mobile and I didn’t want that so I left I end up going to the East Rochester location as soon as I entered a very nice guy came up to with and told me he could help me out . He signed me up for Internet and told me that I could get a free mobile phone for one year. I was super happy with his service. He explained everything very thoroughly. I can understand why other reviewers say go see Brett he is #1

A+++++ this store went above and beyond forme if you go into this location ask to speak to Brett he is #1 in my book he really helped me so much and signed me up for mobile and is saving me over 100 dollars a month thank you Spectrum and Brett for all the help

I asked to pay my mobil bill, yet they put the payment onto my internet account. Then turned off my cell phones on sunday at 350pm, even though all stores closed at 5pm that day. And hung up on me when I tried to call to resolve it. This company is evil.

Thanks to the 2 gentlemen at the ER Spectrum Store counter ( today 10-24-2022 at 10:00 am) that quickly resolved my promotion/ billing issue due to a 10/2/2022 counter sale that was in error. ??. My speed is now also at 500 mbps +
