Spectrum erroneously deleted my grandparents phone number when they applied for a discount. We've called online support 4 times, and visited the stores 3 times, including this one, and every rep tells us to go to someone else for the fix and nothing has worked.
Classic customer support! 16 hours spent trying to fix this issue and counting and no resolution!
Absolute disastrous customer experience.

This was my next move to get help with buying a new phone. After the total circus at east ridge road this location has the people and wits to get customers a very good experience! Ashley and Brett did a great job with all my questions and issue solved quickly . So far this is the only location I would use moving forward! Thank you much !

Customer service was excellent. In and out quickly and while I had a short wait the rep kept up fun conversation and helped us get what we needed to replace the old phone.

We were in need of a new cellphone and we did a walk-in at about 2.45 on a weekday afternoon. Apparently you can book online times as well, which might be the better choice during busier times. We were immediately seen by an agent and the service was quick, efficient and friendly. We walked out of there in about 10 minutes with the new phone of choice.

(Spectrum Mobile) - My wife and I went into the store on a Sunday and the waiting line was 10+. Decided to make an appointment for after work on a weekday and glad we did. Went in on a WEDS night and were initially greeted by Brett Tillotson. We were considering switching from Verizon (15+ year customer) to Spectrum Mobile. Needless to say Brett took his time in answering all of our questions. We now each have a new phone and are saving about $50 per month on our mobile bill. Brett made the migration super easy and we are so far happy with the service. @Spectrum you are very fortunate to have Brett on your customer service team!

Our store experience exceeded all of our expectations thanks to our dealings with Torjhae. She was pleasant, professional and most importantly to us, patient. She was able to solve all our technical challenges and then explained how we could maximize the services we received for the best price. No matter how many questions I asked she was able to answer them, smiling the entire time. Spectrum is fortunate to have her as an employee.

I decided to switch over to Spectrum Mobile and when we did it wasn’t initially working so I asked for a refund then was told that I would have to call and get it the person I was dealing with was nice but when there was a bit of trouble I had asked if one of the other two or three guys there could possible also help but they seemed bothered to be asked for help and when they did help they weren’t super friendly and seemed semi annoyed. Idk I just feel that if you are doing that type job you have to be good at customer service and at least be somewhat kind. It was just off putting to want to go back in again but I’m sure I will have to again I just hope that it’s not the same experience.

This is for my interaction at the store. My store visit was magic. I was immediately greeted by Brett, Torjhae, and Anthony. Brett Helped me immediately. He was very patient, respectful, kind, and Knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and out of his way to help me. You guys are amazing and you solved my problem immediately and got me in and out very quickly. Your employees you have, are very skilled and the service was exceptional!! If I need anything at all. This is the only store that I will go back to and I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you guys so much. I truly appreciate you!!

Waited over 1 hour and still was unable to return the equipment.One of the associates said they were having phone issues. Maybe they shouldn't be in the phone business if they don't know what they are doing
