My wife has a 2007 G6 convertible that has been garaged winters since the day of purchase .The convertible roof broke last summer.
I took it to a dealership and had it repaired . The roof went up and down 5 times before failing. The dealership would not stand behind their work and was uncooperative.This was the only dealership that would even look at the car.I took the Pontiac for inspection at my local garage .I asked the owner if they knew anyone who could attempt to fix the car.He honestly admitted that they had no experience in fixing the retractable roof repair.
He recommended that I give Panorama Collision a call.He described Panorama as honest and fair.He also stated they did excellent work.Never thinking of a collision shop ,I went to see Scott at Panorama. Scott gave me an honest assessment. The parts for the 2007 Pontiac were no longer available. Scott printed off for me the exact parts and diagram that I needed for repairs.
The only place I could order the parts was EBAY Motors.
Scott and his team repaired the car in 2 hours.The 18 month journey is over.The top is down and my wife is back cruising in the summer sun.Happy wife, Happy life ! I am recommending to all my family and friends that they give Scott and his team at Panorama Collision a call for their future needs.

Had some work done here a while back and was quite impressed with everything. Price was fair and less than I had anticipated, scheduling was on time, and the work was flawless even down to the pearl white paint that miraculously was a dead match to the rest of the car. Not a simple task to achieve but they nailed it.

Truly the worst experience! Had my car for over a week with a minor repair that keeps being pushed. Was originally told 2 days, then told a week, then just 2 more day, now it’s being pushed again to almost 2 weeks since they’ve had my car. Awful service!

I came in for an estimate and Jim was more than helpful. The repair was easier than I thought it would be. What a breath of fresh air to do business with a company that puts the customer first and not the all mighty dollar. I had what most people would call a freak accident, No exaggeration I went to 8 different shops and everyone of them said they either couldn’t find the part that was needed or told me that if they happened to find the part that they were not confident enough to stand by the shop’s warranty. Within 2-3 days of calling Scott at Panorama Collision he not only found the part that I needed but assured me that I wouldn’t even see a difference, me being through my share of freak accidents I was expecting to see or notice some type of difference but when I picked up my car I literally couldn’t notice a thing! Panorama Collision is a place where you hope and pray that you don’t need them but if you do I can promise you that you won’t regret taking your vehicle to them. Scott and Company I sincerely appreciate all that you did for me and I understand that you didn’t have to go above and beyond for me but yet you did.
