Make an appointment and get email confirmation...show up and guy says can't take appointment and that he had called. No message or phone call from Mavis. Beyond annoyed. Has happened at least two times at this location. Mavis will no longer get our business.

Terrible experience. After 16 months the tires failed inspection. Apparently the warranty isn't valid if there is tread wear - What????? Then they give me a hard time because I need new tires today and they don't have in stock. Not sure how that's my fault. Never again Mavis
