Went to this gas station today payed for my gas of 20.00 as I begin to pump nothing came out I went inside and asked why my pump wasn"t working he said they applied it to the opposite gas pump which my car was not located at as I then asked them nicely to swicth the pump they told me They couldn"t because someone used 15.00 of the gas from the opposite side and that I would not be able to get my gas or refund my money I was given number on the bottom which I called to get someone to solve my issue the cusomer service at this location was unoraganized and will never get gas at east rochester location again less chatting at the register and more paying attetion to cusomer orders when people are using they card to pay for gas they let someone steal free gas on my behave and didn't want to refund me or give me gas after. Charging my card.

I've noticed Kwik Fills seem to have the best prices on premium fuel. I've started filling up here recently since it's on my way to work. The pumps are quick and the handles are clean and don't smell. I haven't been inside, but I haven't needed to since all I come here for is fuel.

You need to check your clerks. I walked into the building with my shirt over my face because I lost my mask. Before I had the chance to ask to ask if they had any that I could buy, the clerk told me I couldn't come in. After I explained to her that the cloth my shirt is made of is the same as the mask she was wearing, she began muttering something in Spanish and then refused to let me into the store when my face was covered more than hers was. It's one thing to refuse service to somebody. It's another to blatantly talk about them in a language that you don't think they understand right in front of them. That's just disgusting.
