Had a generally easy car buying process recently for a 2021 Toyota. It seems in good condition now, only time will tell if that's true. I did dislike how they move you from the used car 'house' area to the larger dealership for the financial portion of the purchase. Feels unnecessary. They will try to hard sell you on an extended warranty by showing only monthly numbers. I'm sure it can be a good deal for some cars but the sales pitch makes it less appetizing.

We had a fantastic experience shopping and purchasing a used car for my father at Hoselton. We worked directly with Manny, who made the experience fast, simple, and dare I say enjoyable?! Manny had great insight and and helped us decide on the right car for our situation. I could not recommend Manny and the Hoselton team enough. I had a great experience shopping for a new truck. Joe diguardi was great he kept looking and trying to find a vehicle that fit our needs and budget. Even the finance team tried hard to get us into our payment ranges. Unfortunately we weren't able to make a deal and had to go somewhere else. Joe even kept looking after we left but we were in a time crunch to get a new vehicle. So thank you to Joe and the hoselton crew for going above and beyond and hopefully this review helps bring you guys more sales and happy buyers.

Another great experience with Partha ! Second vehicle purchased from him (last was 2018). Provides great service and information about the vehicle that you purchase. Is personable and friendly and honest. I really appreciate the 2021 Silverado Partha ! Thank you!!

Had a great sales rep (Rick) However my vehicle was never detailed prior to picking it up. I was even told the vehicle was ready early, now I'm realizing that was due to skipping the cleaning. I have the old owner's insurance card, wrappers, dog food, napkins, etc. You'd think a $30,000 car would come clean. Disappointed

Bought a truck over priced sold me it with bald tires then tried to talk to them about pre-owned promise was a joke there crooks wont ever buy from them again told me they gave me a 72000 mile warranty only gave me 42000 lies worst dealer ship ive ever been to funny you say that when i went in for the tire inspection they were like yes u definitely need tires there bald then i said something about pre-owned promises the o well there good so they were only bad if i was purchasing them from you what a joke you people are

The sales associate was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Happy to help me with my purchase and make my experience a pleasurable one. I was a bit anxious about the situation and Nikolay put me right at ease. The best experience I could have hoped for. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They know what they're doing and will do what they can to help you have a great experience. I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars because they deserve it. Great people!

This place STOLE our vehicle keys after appraising the vehicle. I made two special trips back to try and get the keys and both times the employees blamed it on a phantom manager, promised to call back and never called back. Fortunately for them we had a spare set of keys and were able to sell the vehicle without any penalty, or we would absolutely be backcharging them ?

Called the repair shop about no floor heat on a 2020 Jeep compass. The person on the phone says " your not supposed to get floor heat"!Excuse me !!!All vehicles get floor heat. So I did research... it is an on going problem with Jeep not getting floor heat. I called another dealership.... they admitted that it's a problem, but it's not their responsibility to fix it . I told them that it's still under warranty. Again.... they said take it else where !Here it is.... winter is coming and I can't get floor heat. And the Jeep dealerships refuse to fix the problem. Should I take this to the media and let them sort it out ? Or will one of these dealerships man up and take responsibility of a Jeep flaw !Again.... if any of you Google,, no floor heat from my Jeep.... you will see a long list of complaints. I WANT MY FLOOR HEAT AND I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY A DEALERSHIP TO FIX IT !AFTER ALL.... I'VE HAD THIS COMPASS FOR 7 MONTHS.

My wife and I came in looking for a pickup truck. We were assigned to salesman Paratha Saha. It was the most wonderful experience with a used car salesman I've ever had. He was not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the truck. A real personable guy..then we met the finance guy Steve Weston again not pushy very knowledgeable got us excellent financing. We sat and talked about cars for an hour and a half.. another great guy to deal with.. I can't say enough good about my experience with this dealership.. I highly recommend looking for your next used car at hosleton.. if you can ask to see these two guys. Update..The battery died on the new truck I called paratha he got right on it. Hosleton sent a guy E Fredrick to check the battery at my house. He determined that it was bad. He said he would come back and pick up the truck tomorrow and have hosleton replace the battery. The next day he showed up and picked up truck took it to dealership replaced battery and returned truck in a few hours very happy with Mr Frederick and the whole hosleton team..

Had a meeting with Mr. Diguardi in the Used Vehicle Center at Hoselton. I came in after receiving a postcard explaining the program that Hoselton has established, where they would buy my low-mileage older car and help get me into a more current vehicle. I cannot afford to do anything, but I was given an assessment of my car's vale, in a short matter of time. I appreciated the salesperson seeing me on short notice, and was treated fairly and honestly. I have been a loyal Hoselton customer since 1980 and will always remain loyal, because they treat people with respect, and I am a GM fan, forever.
