Great experience . Was told on the phone a waiting appt for oil change and tire rotation would be 1 to 2 hours . My appt was scheduled for 8:45am and was walking out of the dealership by 9:40 am .Had no issues after the services were performed . Waiting room was comfortable and had more than enough space to work while my vehicle was being serviced. Will definitely continue my service with Hoselton chevy for the future . Thanks for a great experience !

The Staff that assisted me with my repair was Beyond Helpful! Cameron took control and handled every detail with the repair and the insurance company.And even guided me on what repairs to make and what would simply cost be money but not necessarily add value.It was a Great and Painless experience! Our sales person was Sam. She did an excellent job taking care of us. We had to wait almost 4 months for the car to come in and she kept us updated every step of the way. We have purchased a car there before and would definitely come back again.

The biggest issue we had was getting an accurate delivery date, we originally ordered in early April with a mid-June delivery. In June we found out that GM had not processed our order, The dealership the put in a trace and our order now went through their processes. Our car was eventually built at the end of July. In the end it was not delivered until early October. The dealership did manage to keep us well informed even after a rep. change. So luckily, we were not in a hurry and persistent. The rest of the sales process was pretty smooth and friendly, not sure we welcomed the various processes and methods to upsell, warranties, undercoating or OnStar connected services, (which our phones pretty much do already) but... we got through that. The BOLT EUV and our Sales rep, have been great. Charging worked well (a little more info from the app might have been helpful but it all worked automatically), the build and drive was better than expected. Answers to our questions were given immediately or shortly thereafter. Great that we were enabled with a $500 Evo charge credit as an alternative to a home charge install credit.

Was first to arrive for an inspection and tire rotation at 7-am. Still here 2.5 hours later and three people who came in after me have had their inspections plus oil changes done and already gone.Tre, Thank you for the reply. There may have been missed communication between advisor and shuttle drive due driver coming in 1/2 hour later than opening time. A digital screen linked to the appointments for the day; showing status and whether or not the customer is waiting or needs a ride- would be helpful for the shuttle driver. Another is that the shuttle driver never came around the fireplace to look.

Patrick DiFlorio was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond in helping us upgrade our vehicle. I was missing driving a Traverse for 3 years. When I mentioned I wanted another one, he came back 4 days later with our now newly leased Traverse. The features on the car definitely exceeded our expectations. Patrick was amazing at taking his time with us and making sure we understood the entire process. He was also very adamant about making us happy. Needless to say, I’m a very happy wife, mom & woman being back in my favorite vehicle. A huge thank you to Patrick for helping make this entire thing happen for us!

The salesman refused to order the 2023 Colorado that I wanted. He told me that the standard 2.7L Turbo was not recommended for towing. Chevy's specification is 3500 Lbs tow rating, more than I need. I'm guessing they didn't want the business since my build was $35,000 and their build was $39,400. They also wouldn't clarify the out-the-door total cost to me.Received a phone call from the salesman today, a month after my visit. Now he claims that his trainer told him that the 2.7 with base turbo should not be used for any towing. I asked him why the vehicle manual states 3500Lbs towing and he repeated his advice.The salesman also claims he couldn't proceed with the order because I changed my "build" after the initial visit. Interesting statement since that "build" which he repeated back to me wasn't even the color that I selected.If this is just confusion about the specifications on the 2023 Colorado then the dealership should explain why GM has incorrect guidance for the consumer.Someone should know the truth about what a Colorado is capable of. If it has no tow rating then why do they state one?

I purchased my Telluride from Hoselton in May and 3 months later I “kissed” (i.e. nailed it pretty darn good) a curb at the start of a 2 hour trip. I was worried I had done something to the tire or rim, but had no idea what to look for. In complete desperation I drove to Hoselton Service and the kindest man - Paul - greeted me. I told him what had happened and without hesitation he personally reviewed my tries, took my vehicle into the service station, and swapped the front tire to the back out of an abundance of caution. This level of service excellence was incredible. It was kind, easy, and I felt that he truly cared about my experience. I will buy from Hoselton again and again!

Smooth and easy. Lots of paperwork but blame that on the state of NY. Great follow up and customer service. Like buying a used car ANYWHERE, do your homework before you go. Highly recommended dealership!

I recently took our 2020 Equinox to Hoselton service at 10:30 am for a NYS inspection. Twenty minutes later, my car was parked outside, ready to go. Previous visits for oil changes and routine checks were also completed in very little time. And everyone is very friendly - we're very pleased with Hoselton sales and service!
