I am really impressed by the professionals at this group. I have been searching for a car that was in my budget, very sturdy and well maintained, used. Craig Holmes Assisted me out of Nissan and helped me to secure what I came in inquiring about. It was really a wonderful experience. All of the people he helped me meet were respectful, direct, and helpful. He is truly one of a kind in sales.

About a year ago I co signed a loan for my niece because she had no credit. I just found out that she was approved as a co signer on a loan for someone I don't know. The dealer was Hoselton Auto Mall and the bank ESL Federal Credit union. How ESL became the bank I don't know considering that out of the 8 inquiries that were performed none of them were from ESL. Her credit score at the time was 603 or lower. She also had an existing loan on her report. HOW DID SHE GET APPROVED AS A CO SIGNER FOR THIS LOAN? She also doesn't make a lot of money. She is a security Guard. I believe this loan is fraudulent and predatory. I believe she was taken advantage of and I would like her name removed from this loan.

Went to used dealership, would not budge 1 cent on a car... People like to feel they get a bargain, so a little bit of wiggle room is always appreciated. It's OK, bought elsewhere. Otherwise the sales person was good.

Bought a vehicle working with Jake Hughes. Wait list was a year long, but like clockwork they got in touch with us as soon as it was available without us having to reach out. Jake was very personable, and the process was no pressure at all. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here again!

The business practices at Hoselton are not overtly shady. I can tell you that they, however, are shady, and very calculated in their approach. I was given an instant offer from KBB for them to purchase my vehicle. Also, I saw a vehicle posted on their website that seemed to fit what I was looking for. I went in to explore that possibility. When I arrived, they took the old vehicle to the assessor and that was accomplished within 10 minutes. When the salesperson returned and I asked what it was valued at, I was told, "we'll get to that later". Then he left to get the vehicle I was interested in. Literally, a half hour later, he hadn't returned. I got up to leave, and was stopped by another salesperson, who called my guy. As I was getting into the car to leave, my guy magically appeared, and told me he had found it. I did take it for a test drive, but due to rust and scratches down to the metal, I decide to pass on the car. Out of curiosity, I asked what they had valued my old vehicle for. It was $1700 less than I was told via KBB. I expected it to go down due to the age of the vehicle, but not at all that amount. I also knew through research on valid sites, (NADA, KBB, and Edmunds) what the vehicle was worth, which was at minimum, $700 more than I was offered. I left.I was in a good position to walk away, having a fair deal somewhere else. They tried stopping me, asking me the details, insinuating they could beat it. I don't do that. Give me your best offer at the outset and deal with me straight. This is not the first experience like this I have had at Hoselton, and I can't even tell you why I was willing to give them another chance. It is the only dealership I have experienced this. They wear you down and try to play games, with a facade of doing their best for you. I recommend staying away, unless you're willing to play their game.

Were so kind to fix the blown transmission 50 miles past my warranty. Obviously the problems were occurring before I called, but the timing didn't work, so they decided the wheel arms were my problem. In the same breath, did not repair the $1,400 fix of the wheel arms and ball joints, wiper in the back malfunctioned, battery died, exhaust started leaking, and I just don't trust this or any of the vehicles they wanted to "get me out of" my situation with. Sell me a good car in the first place and fix it if you make a mistake and sell me a lemon. It has only been 9 months and I have $12,000 left and they tell me it's my problem now. The muffler separated from the resonator due to rust which is a 1,207.96 fix they said they would split with me. How generous. That didn't happen during the 3 months of winter and Delta Sonic Unlimited membership I used almost everyday. 9 months altogether. Second star is for how confident I felt during the buying process. Bathrooms in Nissan repair building had a gross bowl full of water on the sink and not too pretty in there in general. Paying off my lemon and taking it to Stan's Auto Shop for constant repairs in my future.

Went here with my wife and we worked with Patrick. It was a very pleasant experience Patrick is a very patient and understanding salesman. We had 1000 questions and he answered all of them. This was a big deal for us and we did not feel presurred at all. The car had asmall Crack in the window and it wasn't able to be fixed immediately because the person they use was on vacation and he assured me it would be taken care of. A couple of weeks passed and I completely forgot about and Patrick writes me out of the blue that the person is available and the day after my window is fixed. Thanks to Patrick we'll be going back to get another car very soon.

I recently had a terrible experience with Hoselton Toyota, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. First, we ordered a Toyota Sienna in January 2023 and expected to wait for one year before it arrived at the dealership. The initial order went fine, and the wait began. This week our salesman called to tell us they had a van available that another family passed on after it arrived. We arrived at the dealership to trade in our vehicle and purchase our new van this Monday. I did some research on my vehicle prior, and it was valued in the fair range of $11,668–$14,311 on KBB. I found numerous comparable vehicles on AutoTrader and similar sites, had a friend pull a car fax, and hoped to get $12,500. I understand KBB isn’t always true, and that is why I found the same make, model, and mileage for sale in the $16,000–$20,000 range at other dealerships.I was initially offered $10,100 for my trade-in and I informed them that I needed at least $12,500 for my trade-in. There were several back and forths between the salesmen and the sales manager, where they said the best they could do would be $11,000. My wife and I asked to speak with the sales manager regarding the value of our vehicle. The salesman said the manager was too busy to leave his desk to speak with us. Finally, after three exchanges, the salesman came back and said he was offered a small bonus for each new car sale, and he was willing to take the money from his pay and give it to us, making the trade-in worth $11,750. I do not believe that for one moment I took money from his paycheck and it was given to the value of my trade-in. During this back-and-forth exchange, I was provided a data sheet of comparable vehicles with the mileage, and what Hoselton stated they sold the vehicle for during the month of October. Notice that the "data" sheet does not show model, package, or year and is one step above handwriting something on a napkin (see below attached image).Given that we ordered the van and they knew we needed it, the room for negotiation was limited, and we closed the deal at $11,750 for the trade-in. I did not attempt to negotiate the price of the van and had no intention of doing so.Imagine my shock and disappointment when, less than 24 hours later, I saw my old car listed on their website for double the price they gave me, $19,988. It's clear that they never had any intention of offering me a fair deal. This kind of deceptive business practice is not only frustrating, but it also left me feeling cheated and taken advantage of knowing that they would have made almost $10,000 off my trade-in and will now make approximately $8,000, when they told me it was worth between $11,000 and $13,250. This experience has shattered my trust in Toyota Hoselton and the entire car-buying process. I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealership, but instead, I encountered a group of opportunistic individuals who prioritize their profits over the trust and satisfaction of their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Toyota Hoselton to think twice and be cautious. This dealership clearly lacks integrity, and their actions speak volumes about their unscrupulous business practices. It is hard to spend $50,000 on a new vehicle and leave with a bitter experience. I’ll be sure to spread the word about my negative experience and warn others to stay away from Toyota Hoselton.

It was a pleasure to get another car from Hoselton Nissan and especially dealing with Joe Sproule and the sales team. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you, and I look forward to dealing with you and the team again in the future!!

Every step was easy. I did not feel like I needed to shower after conversations with the used car ...or pre-owned sales reps. The financing rep worked to keep the payments within a comfortable monthly budget.

Buying a car here was the absolute easiest thing we've ever done. Jonathan G the salesman matched us with the perfect RAV4 for my GF. She fell in love with it immediately. The trade in process was done by the time our test drive was finished, which wasn't more than 20 mins. The car was mechanically sound and completely clean. Joe D, the finance manager, helped guide my GF's decision on extended warranty and even gave a nice discount. Shelly, the insurance manager secured my GF a far better rate than her current one. Everything went incredibly smooth, not a single complaint. Will definitely be back or recommending Hoselton if looking for a car!

I have been a Hoselton customer since 2000. For the majority of those years Phil Degrazia has been my salesman. He has always worked hard to get me into a Toyota at a price that fit my budget. I'm so sad he is retiring but at the same time know he deserves it. Thank you for taking such great care of me and the many loyal customers!
