So, they're honest and cheap, but the latter can work against ya: Been going for about six years now, and their quality has gone down hill. They've done a couple cheaper jobs for me that didn't hold, as another comment said. I think most people would rather pay more to have the work done properly and not fail, than risk having it fail and have to go back. That's happened to me a couple times, one was a patch job on a gas line which of course everyone needs fixed right the first time with the gas prices the way they are. The only other gripe is that I wish they'd have the guys at the desk (not working on the cars) pull the cars in. My interior is an oily/greasy/gassy mess when I get it back, have to spend an hour cleaning it up. I get that it's a garage, but giving them a clean car and getting a dirty one back on the interior is frustrating. Worse, of course, when ya have to go back because the first job didn't hold. Put something on your floor because your floor mats will be destroyed when you get it back. Then ya track the mess all over. Outside of that, they're a decent garage. Not slamming them, just wish they'd make the above improvements, especially since I am unable to get a new car with the supply chain issue. I opted to have another mechanic do a job or two instead because of the above issues, but I'd still recommend them because they do seem to be honest. Not many mechanics you can say that about anymore.

They fixed my car in under an hour and were incredibly friendly! Super happy with the service they provided and I will be going back again next time I need a mechanic!

I have been going to Sparky's approximately 3 years now and each time he and his mechanics repaired whatever issue I had with my car. I was referred by a co-worker. I moved to Fairport from the city 3 years ago and was driving to the city for repairs. Now I go to Sparkys for all mechanical work from inspections to brakes to tie rods. I trust him with my car and I've recommended my city friends to check him out.

Great service station! I stopped to get my inspection done today-hoping they could fit me in even though when pulling in I could tell they were busy by the amount of cars in their parking lot. But even with one other person in front of me to have an inspection done as well Sparky fit us both in and had us both out within about 30-40 minutes. A truly genuine and nice guy - along with they other employees as well. Highly recommend going to this service station if your in need of an honest mechanic.

Been going here for a couple of years. I trust that they're not going to fix something that's not broke, like some places will. Just call before going let them know you're coming, they're very busy. I live in Chili, they're in East Rochester, it's worth the drive. Not much of a waiting room just a small bench next to check in desk. Best to leave car and come back later. I'll drop mine off the night before. They have a key slot. Very satisfied customer.

These guys are honest, timely, and good at what they do. The Honda dealer down the street told me I needed a new fuel pump and timing belt and were going to charge me $1200. Instead I took my car to Roosevelt. I got a call from them a few hours later telling me that my car has a timing chain that would never need to be replaced. They could have easily charged me way too much. Recently, they spent a few days trying to find the right used part so I wouldn't have to pay more for a new one. These are good guys. As long as I live in the area, I will never take my car to anyone else!
