“Needed headlights restored on a couple of vehicles. Tom came out next day, completed the work in about an hour for each car, and the lights look like new. It was amazing how improved the nighttime driving was as well. Should have done this a long time ago. Easy to work with and schedule, conscientious and respectful. Will repeat for interior detailing as well.”

“Really weird traffic patterns between the services of gas wash and store, including no apparent rules of the road but at least nobody seems to obey them if they do exist. It's weird but it works. The wash is quite good. They definitely have it organized to move a lot of traffic through in a short amount of time. The store has very good products and services including coffee that is made freshly ground every cup. Gas prices are generally competitive but with a membership and paying on a card they are unbeatable by why margin even at Costco.”
“I've been a member for a little over a year. Joined as a Family membership. Recently, I traded in my old car for a new car and had to get a new sticker. I was informed by my wife, which she got the new sticker, we were not being charged as a Family membership, but as individuals. I wrote to Auto Wash on their website and explained what happened. The next day, I get a call from Lindsey. She explained to me what happened and resolved the issue. She was very courteous and professional. Awesome customer experience and excellent car wash.”

“Brushless car wash. Laser water jets. Actually, it's not bad if you're in a hurry. I had a ton of dirt from a winery and saw this place. 16 bucks. The works. 9 wash and fry. The fry want not great. I had three Terry towels and they all were very wet. However after some drying she looks beautiful again.”

“I had traveled from Virginia to Victor to visit with family and met with a gazillion bugs along the way. When I pulled in, a young man asked if he could help me. Long story short, he listened and suggested a wash that was best for what I needed. He was fair and honest. I expected a hard sales push to the top. That is not what happened. I was also very impressed by the towel program they had, that was a HUGE help. There's nothing like this where I'm living.”

The General Manager of the store Aaron, and his boss Jamie, went above and beyond to rectify a situation that occurred while having my vehicle washed. They were prompt, courteous and followed through in a MORE than timely fashion. In today's world where good customer service is hard to come by, these guys at Go Carwash did an outstanding job! “This touch-free car wash uses high quality ionized liquids which makes wiping off crud a cinch, like dead insects piled up from driving long distances on the highway.Just have some microfiber cloths to wipe down your car and hand dry it after the wash. You'll be able to get out almost everything, including the orange oxidation spots on your paint.Washes like the Royal Wash do not use high quality detergents and thus cannot get out stains like dead insects even a quarter as well.It is more expensive in bulk than the Royal Wash which does unlimited washes per month at $25/mo. The overall wash quality of the touch less laser wash is much better than the Royal Wash at $10/pop.”
