“I’ve never had a good experience with the service department. Every time I’ve taken my Lincoln in for any type of services there was a problem. For example from day one when I purchased the vehicle the back driver side tire would have low pressure. It would pop up on the dash gage indicating low tire pressure. I took it in 3 times for the same problem which I thought was ridiculous but, whom am I to say! Then I would have to fight to get a loner car to drive. Service people would say I’m sorry Mr. Saporito we don’t have a loner car for you. Well then I would have to sit there till my car was done. And I had other arrangements that particular day. Then the last time was a disaster when they deemed my car Undrivable there was a recall unbeknown to me I never got a notification in the mail or else where. But How long did it did I wait like the time when I dropped my car off at 9:30 my appointment was for 9:30. And I waited around till 2:30 when they finally gather up all the information they need to get me in to a rental car. Witch was a bunch of BS! Plus they had know technicians to diagnose what problem was. They sent it over to Ford store and it was hours before the had a specialist look at. In the mean time I had to take my pills because I have Parkinson’s plus I had to eat something with my pills and I walked to the corner Chinese restaurant to get some food to go with my pills. Because if I don’t eat I will get sick. But I do appreciate getting a rental car at around 3:30 to make my way home. If you would pass this on to John Cortese and he could respond to me as well because I don’t like pointing fingers.

“I have the dearest of friends who lives in Utica. He’s having health problems and due to work, life, him not feeling like having company, it has been TOO LONG (a few months) of not seeing him. As I was planning to drive out there, I was hearing a sound in my car. Off to the mechanic and have an anxle that is split right open. I told my friend about it ( who knows EVERYTHING about vehicles) and he said ( ABSOLUTELY NOT ARE YOU DRIVING THAT OUT HERE) . I looked up Enterprise and reserved a car. I showed up and ELLIS helped me. I have a 2011 car. He gave me a 2024 car and I felt like I had been given a Maserati!! He got in the passenger side and showed me a few things, made sure I was ‘ good to go’. I was off to Utica with no concerns !! Best experience EVER! Highly recommend!! And they know how to DRESS ?!!!”

I watched them handle a rude customer (not their fault) with professionalism, which I commend them on. This was the first time I didn’t have issues getting a car rental. “I rent from this location frequently and always have a good experience. However, for each of the last 6 rentals over the last 8-10 months the tank was 3/4 full when I picked up the car. It happens so frequently that it seems intentional. Check the gauge before you leave and let them know if it's not full. Overall though I have a good experience here.”

The staff there are professional, polite, always accommodating..Each time I walk in, I am welcomed with a smile, and a pleasant greeting. The cars are always clean, and well taken care of. I love coming to this store because I know I will always receive royal treatment unlike that of other sites. Particularly the airport site.”

I booked my car 9 months ago at Elmgrove location which closed down a couple of months ago (Hertz - google still says its open - maybe update google?) - i called the nearest branch in panic , the Irandequoit branch on East Ridge and a calm and professional Mr Lingle told us to come on over and he would help us out....
Boy did he! His staff were friendly and courteous , Barry himself was excellent, his customer service skills, quick , concise and knowledgable and we picked up our Subaru and headed off on a wonderful vacation!
