Best car repair shop I've found in 50 years of car ownership! Very friendly, fair, prompt and reasonable prices. I saved $800 the first time I used Camelot when I called after getting a $1,300 estimate from a Ford dealership to repair my Edge. Doug os a super guy and knows everything about cars. Vicki is super friendly and a customer service pro. I have recommended Camelot Auto Repair to many friends and all are now loyal, satisfied customers.

My car needed brakes on all four. They got me in that day and replaced them immediately at at reasonable price. I trust this company and their honesty.

Doug is a man of true integrity. If I could give Camelot 10 stars I would. They repaired my car and charged me less then I was originally quoted because not everything that was thought to need replacing didn’t.It was a pretty big job and Doug and his crew had it done within a day. This outfit is truly top notch and an asset to any consumer that needs a good, honest mechanic.Both Doug and Vicky are extremely personalAnd had Doug not been so busy getting his customers done on a holiday weekend, I probably would have talked to him more. It was like talking with a friend.Truly a positive experience from beginning to end and I so happy knowing I have a reliable garage to service my vehicle’s. I only wish I would have come sooner. Thanks to Doug, Vicky, Jeff and the entire crew at Camelot!!!!

Great place. Always take our vehicles here. We feel like family there. Never feel as though you're being taken advantage of. That's a hard thing to build that kind of relationship with at auto service places.For instance, today we brought two vehicles in for inspection. (2006 with 229k miles & a 2008 with 250k) we walked to town to have breakfast, Doug called, one needed rear brakes. They had it nearly done when we walked back from the diner. They got it in & done because he knows we drive a long way to come there.With vehicles with that kind of miles & years it's like an open checkbook for dishonest places. Love Doug, Vicky, and the mechanics as well. The puppies too if they happen to be hangin' out.

I recently had my alternator replaced on my Dodge Grand Caravan. They did a great job and took my van in on only a days notice. The owners are friendly, fun and really know what they’re doing. Doug processed my warranty information which saved me a lot of money. This is my new car repair place! Easily 5 stars!

I have listened to Doug and Vicki on the radio for a few years on WHAM 1180. Stumbled onto the radio program while tuning around in the car here in Syracuse. Love the show. So, I recently decided to take a drive out to the shop. Great place! Got my Grand Caravan wheel bearing replaced. Repair went well and price was reasonable. They're down to Earth people who can be trusted with your vehicle. Don't forget Leo's Bakery and Deli while you're waiting. As Doug says, "it's a dangerous place" :-)

Paid for a smoke test. When I went in to pay the print out didn't have any info on it about what was wrong. They corrected that with vague info. Asked the person who came in to help who I assume was the owner/manager a couple questions for clarification and he said " I don't know, I didn't do it" I followed up with another question and he said "I don't know. You're doing your own work, look it up online" if I'm paying you for a diagnostic service AND you offer free diagnostics then maybe you should explain if the purge valve was the issue or the vacuum line connection. When you say L, R Gas Tank Gasket there isnt even the slightest explanation. And the 3rd issue wasn't even termed/named properly to find online. I've since fixed what I think we're the problems and still have the same issue. Now I gotta pay someone else 100+ to do what y'all failed me at doing.

I had come up from southern Kentucky to visit family for Thanksgiving. On the way our vehicle gave us a notification that it was running low on coolant. When I stopped to get some I heard an awful sound coming from my vehicle. So I called around the next day and was told about Camelot. They were able to get me in and had the vehicle ready the next day. Keep in mind this was right before Thanksgiving. After talking one on one with Doug I am glad I took my vehicle there, as unexpected as my predicament was.

Good ol dad heard about them on 1180 made me drive all the way there from HILTON. BEST DECISION EVER! Not only are Doug and Vicki absolutely the sweetest but are kind and so knowledgeable! Talks to you like your a normal person explaining everything and giving me choices! Not only will this be my go to but will refer and refer! Don’t mind making the trip for sure! A PLUS!!!

I was told I needed my frame fixed in order to get inspected , it cost me 2000.00. Dollars brought it back to Camelot then he told me I had motor problems and he couldn't inspect it and charged me 550.00. Worst experience ever

Not long ago I had a very upsetting experience with Cortese Auto Group. It was regarding repair work done and wasn't corrected properly. It got to the point I had to turn to the Attorney General for help. They reviewed my notes and determined it was a valid claim. They forwarded my notes to the DMV Albany main office. They too agreed my claim was valid but needed an outside opinion. So I went Camelot Auto Repairs in E. Rochester. I met and spoke with Doug the owner. Doug listened to my problem, went out with me and looked my car over. He detected a problem and prepared his professional opinion for the DMV. I sent his written opinion to the DMV office and they accepted it. The DMV in turn assigned a regional inspector who did get my problem straightened out. I was very pleased with Doug and his help for me. It was a very stressful thing dealing with this. 5 stars for Camelot Auto Repairs. On a final note, the time I spent with Doug, I must say his shop is very well organized and it appears he has good technicians working for him
