Shut the pumps off 7 minutes before close, and the door was locked for god knows how long. Then flicked the lights off while we were at the door trying to figure out what happened.

There freezer was broken last week. My son bought 2 containers of Haagen daas ice cream and it was definitely refrozen. And spoiled. I called and told them. They didn’t care. Beware do not buy any food from them
