This florist delivered these flowers a day early. They delivered on the wrong date. They came and picked it up and then delivered again the next day. These flowers did not look fresh and there’s not nearly enough flowers for 200 dollars. I do not recommend. They could have offered some kind of credit but they didn’t. When I saw the flowers I was very disappointed. And the banner is is barely visible and it’s twisted. I posted a picture of what I got and what I was supposed to get. I’m embarrassed.

Roses and Rice made our day absolutely AMAZING. Our color scheme and vision for the whole night was executed to perfection. Cathy was so creative and knowledgeable, giving us so many good ideas for repurposing and the extra wow factor. She was very considerate of our budget, working with us to cut costs. We loved working with Roses and Rice and we would recommend them ten times over for any special event!

Cathy was so wonderful and made a beautiful arrangement for my friends father with such short notice and was able to deliver the flowers to the funeral home the next day thankfully. Highly recommend. As the owner of Jundae (June-Day) Salon in Hampton Bays its nice to support local business owners.

I've ordered from here on 3 different occasions. I consider myself to be VERY picky when ordering flowers so when I first placed an order I was hesitant but I gave it a shot anyway & I couldn't believe how beautiful & unique the flowers looked when delivered! They were delivered on time. Packaged securely & were just so vibrant! So, now...when I'm out in the Hamptons, I need not look any further. This is my go to place! Also, before I forget, this is just as important... their staff is very sweet. Nothing like doing business with rude people. 5 stars all the way! I had 1 issue with my 3rd order which was delivered 1 week too early. They rectified it immediately without any hassle.

I ordered a beautiful double white orchid to be delivered to my friend (as a Thankyou for having me for the weekend). Luckily I was still there when it arrived and it looked really puny and I was embarrassed. There were also typos in the note and I ordered a pink bow on the outer package and it was white. All in all it did not look as sumptuous as I was told it would be. I called them and spoke to the owner and asked them to pick up the plant and for a refund. The person I spoke to was very considerate and sympathetic, and told me that it would be picked up within the hour, and that I would receive a full refund. I very much appreciate the customer service and the refund, but I do think that the person who sold me the orchid should’ve told me that it was not as a beautiful as I had wanted , nor as I saw it photographed on their site. Thankyou for the return and the refund. They have asked me several times for a testimonial so this is my review.

Cathy, and her Team, at Roses and Rice are incredibly talented and professional! She designed the most spectacular bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and centerpieces for my daughter’s wedding!! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and delivered on time. Everything you would want in a florist!!
