Very bad service,when I had a problem with the job they did they kept saying I'll call you right back.That happened 3 days in a row.After waiting an entire week with a car that couldn't be driven,I took it somewhere else to be fixed.Not recommended

Great service. I brought my work truck to 2 other mechanics with an issue Brought to new family when they opened in town. They worked on truck to problem was solved. Very fair price as well. Brought my friends car there in a pinch with a problem they moved cars around got on lift helped me out. NO CHARGE. THANKS. Guys. Spotless clean shop. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

New Family is more of a storage business than an auto shop. This is now the second time they have taken my car hostage. This time it took 8 days and multiple calls just to get an estimate! Then the car was not ready 3 days after it was supposed to be. I decided to cut my losses and pick it up to bring to another shop but they had moved it to another lot! I waited for it and left without the work ever being done. Don’t waist you time.
