0 Stars!! I rented a gas powered saw from them. When i got to the job the saw would not start, and then the pull cord broke.I returned to Loper's and was informed i would have to pay for the rental, even though the saw wouldn't start. What kind of way is that to do business? No concept of customer service. Renter Beware!!!

I dropped my machine off at this store 4 weeks ago call two times to find out how they were doing on machine the last time I called they said they could not find machine I got a call from Manger 5 days later telling me that my machine has a lot of problems, problems I know we're fine when I dropped of machine Manger Keith loper said the machine would cost $440 but not sure the pump is working after I told him I used it a couple weeks before then I asked him to start it and check if pump is working and he told me I am not going to talk to him like that I have all recorded never once said anything wrong I think he wanted to charge me for new pump almost $1100Don't know what I did but I will make sure everyone knows about this man Keith
