Me and my husband were here a year ago, and soon will be calling any day now again because my car insurance company is a pain in my butt, haha. but, my husband and myself had the best experience with both our vehicles here. The husband and wife who helped us were so kind and helpful and they were both so friendly and professional and hard working good hearted people. I don’t remember many people or businesses but I will always remember this business because of how great my experience was. I had to get the pictures taken for me and my husbands car for the car insurance company and this family was truly amazing. I 100% recommended this business to anyone on the east end. Paul helped me with my auto claim repair on my front bumper and fog light. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had getting my car repaired! Paul was courteous, efficient and helpful the entire time. He even detailed the inside of my car when I came to pick it up! I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT BACK IN FEBRUARY 2022. TOOK IN MY HONDA PILOT TO THIS BODY SHOP. THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE AND HANDLE EVERYTHING FOR ME. GOT ME A CAR RENTAL SAME DAY AND KEPT ME POSTED THOUGHTOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS. . FINSIHED MY CAR ASAP.. I'M VERY SATISFY WITH WORK HE HAS DONE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I was hesitant at first after reading the reviews, but a friend of mine spoke highly about this auto shop. I am very pleased with the service provided at this place. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional. I provided the insurance claim number and he took care of everything else in a timely fashion. I highly recommend.

Paul was absolutely fantastic! I came here to get a photo inspection and ended up asking for a quote on the dent on my rear door. It was very affordable so I dropped it off! He was very flexible with my pick up and drop off times and and my door looked perfect when I picked it up! I would recommend him to anyone!

Did my photo inspection for my insurance right away. No appointment necessary. I was caught off guard by the guys off color humor at first and a little concerned, but after a few minutes realized that he was harmless and just trying to have a little fun at work. Could have been a bit quicker with the inspection but as I said.......no appoinment. I think the guy might be a tad bit excitable, but let's be honest who isn't these days. They got the job don't that day and that's what I needed. If you can't handle a little joking around maybe this place isn't for you.

This small and old guy with the wird beard is so dummy, it is the worst place I have ever been in my entire life, he has some mental problems, he is racist with the Spanish people and he is Spanish too. I wouldn't recommend that place at all,. If u go there and he star cursing you call him outside he is scared to the cámaras,.

These guys are just weird and rude. Turned me away when i tried to get my car inspected for new car insurance. They weren't even open like their store hours said. The guy showed up almost an hour late

He was an hour and a half late then showed up with a coffee chit-chatting. We got no apology and was not doing anything. He went on about how he was not Otis Ford or Buzz Chew.
