The lady I spoke with from the Batavia center arranged a delivery to my workplace the next day so my mom could have her present for Mother's Day. Keep up the great customer service!!!”

“Parking sucks but they are WAAAAY nicer than the rude woman at the Alexander location...Did have an issue a year back where I caught the mail lady not delivering a package with medicine. I waited at my door and she just drove off because she didn't want to deliver it. My Email notified me I wasn't home... I drove to the post office and was like, "yeah, that never happened she was just being lazy!"”
