I had a very good experience with a legitimate member...that said, I did get multiple scam calls with all of the detail I have on my parts request. I alerted U Need a Part and they are working on better security. I'm hopeful they can resolve and make their site a safer place to shop.

Never received the part that I paid for and the contact number was disconnected, be wary. The phone number that I ordered from (Oscar Garage Auto in Texas) came after putting in a request through you guys. If scammers are able to access the information through your company, then you bear some responsibility.

Not a Happy customer. ordered my part, was told It would cost $630 including shipping to my door. Then was told the price was $650 plus shippin, then was told the cost would be $690 because it was being shipped to a residence. So I gave them my business address for the cheaper rate? The total price came to$690? at this point the person I was dealing with developed a strong accent and was unable to be understood. I was told I would receive shipping info, confirmation, and tracking info. It has been over a week and nothing. Now the phone number I had no longer works, can't get a human to answer the phone. I have left several messages and no one has called Me back. I did Receive a text from a P and A auto parts with a photo of the part and a breakdown of the cost. When I called them,they didn't know anything about the order and hung up on me. At this point I would not recommended doing business with this company.

They send your information and your phone number to a MILLION of Indian sales people who will SPAM your phone with scam offers for parts shipped to your door. No way to stop the calls and NO, NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO CALL. ***SCAM***INDIAN SCAM**** SPAM****INDIAN SPAM**

when I need a part for my car or truck the 1st place I call is Uneedapart. Mike and Sam are 2 of the most helpful ,nicest guys I know. and always find what I'm looking for ,no matter what it is. I highly recommend them...

Don't enter any email address or phone number you don't want constantly blasted by parts sellers that you can't stop or cancel. No option on website to cancel your search or need for part. Never again!

Piss poor website that results in nothing but spam phone calls from foreigners. I only wanted to search to see if there were photos I did NOT give permission to receive calls. My phone is ringing off the hook with people who speak broken english. There was no option to GIVE permission for a phone call nor was there an option to REFUSE phone calls or emails. There is also no way to stop the calls. I hope sending out another search request with a demand that we NOT be called is heeded. Otherwise the FCC will be notified. Absolutely unprofessional and worthy to be called a spam scam site.
