Kevin and James are two reliable honest compassionate caring people. My mom gets her car serviced with them (I will be now and all my family and friends) and they have never steered her wrong. They take their time to diagnose and give a fair honest price. These two men will make 100 percent sure your vehicle is in working safe conditions before leaving their shop. They both have worked with my mother’s car who unfortunately is old and it’s time is just coming but we are just not in a financial situation at the moment to purchase another vehicle. I expressed my concerns to Kevin and he was honest about all that needed to be done the cost of it and what he would have fixed first as a priority he knew my budget and he knew how stressed I was as we only have my moms car at the moment and it was so important as she was undergoing chemo. They went above and beyond the impossible for my mother and I and didn’t stop until they had a safe reliable solution and I can’t thank them enough. This year has been a rough one and especially a rough one with the car and they never once made me feel like I was aggravating or bothering then in anyway. I could sit here all day and continue to write how great they are and how great their quality of work is but I will leave room for other clients to do so. With that being said Kevin thank you so very much for all the hard work you do and James thank you for all your hard work you do. I came for the same problem over seven times in one month my car is still running hot the mechanic one refuses to fix the problem now they want to say it's the water pump why didn't they detect this before I came a month later after my mother was been in hospice I haven't been driving the car ever since he so-called fixed it my car is still running hot anti freeze is all over the place

In the past 6 years I've owned a 1994 Mercedes C220 and a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, both were nightmares. Thankfully this place is in walking distance from my house. James worked on Mercedes and Kevin worked on Jeep, both were trustworthy and fair with prices. Not to mention there were times I paid them in baked goods, well maybe used more like a coupon, not so much compensation, but still. I am very grateful that they never once took advantage of the fact I'm clueless when it comes to auto mechanic regardless of what I might think at the time. They don't lose their patience when I insist I know what's causing the problem after using my useless $20 code reader and hours worth of googling based on a code that is incorrect and that I never remember anyway. I am very annoying, I admire that they still provide the best customer service. Btw, if you get your car towed after hours tell the driver not to block entrance.

I went here several times for a new radiator, fix heated, oil change and headlight replacement. I have had to go back several times as they say they fixed the issue and I had no heat! When I went to pick up my car, they had left my lights on and it drained my battery and I was unable to start it due to the battery being dead. Worst place stay away! Spent over $1200

Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. I’ve been a customer for over 6 years now and have received nothing but great service. They kept my previous car alive until it just couldn’t go anymore lol. I now bring my current vehicle there for maintenance. My fiancé had some car problems recently and brought his car to a local mechanic by his home; He was told that the solution would be a $1,200 fix. I suggested that he go to my guys (Kevin &James) for a second opinion. Lo and behold the fix was a few hundred dollars. Saved my future hubby about $1,000!!!!!These guys are absolutely amazing! Very trustworthy, skilled, professional, and caring.

I have been going here for about a year since a friend recommended them to me. They have done work for my whole family. From our experiences with them they have always been honest and priced just right. Today's issue: I needed brakes. I didn't feel I wanted to pay dealership prices. So I went here. He also gave my car an oil change and inspection. Kevin is an awesome guy who will always do his best to accommodate you. I know mechanic shops are easy to come by, but a shop where the owner is honest and helpful isn't. If you are in the area do yourself a favor and give them a try.
