I don’t usually write reviews but I was highly upset with the service i received. My husband got his clothes dry cleaned from this place before so I was expecting the same results. I came in with a bridesmaid gown to only get ironed, and they told me it’ll be ready on a Wednesday. I came in on that said scheduled Wednesday to pick up my gown. I should have know that something was wrong because they came back to the front to ask if it was supposed to be ready by Wednesday, I said yes! It took them a while to come back to the front, so now I am thinking to myself “my gown BETTER be ready”. I was there about 10 minutes waiting. They finally bought my gown out to me to the front inside the plastic bag that is an indication that some work was done to your item. The guy even helped me bring it to the car I guess to soften the blow and disappointment. When I removed my garment from the bag on the wedding day my dress was not touched, it was returned to me the same way I gave it to them. Thank goodness we had a steamer at the hotel to fix my dress. I would rather honesty and let me know that they forgot to IRON my dress, they could have said to come back later and it’ll be done, But instead they made me think that they did their job. Maybe that’s why it was only $20. NOTE TO ANYONE THAT BRINGS THEIR GARMENT/ PIECE OF CLOTHING TO THIS PLACE: CHECK IT BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE STORE.

My wife and I have been taking our clothes here for years and we've never had a problem. Everyone is always really nice and accommodating. You can feel comfortable dropping off your clothes to be dry cleaned here.

A good place to get your dry cleaning mistakenly wet laundered. Very disappointing to have half of my last order ruined. I had a nice dark blue shiny silk blouse that I'm not sure I'll ever be able to salvage and a linen tunic with embroidery that used to lay flat that I'll need to spend time pressing. Not the place for fine fabrics.

Great customer service. My husband dropped something off a year prior and forgot it. by sone miracle they still had it. His wedding suit was able to be saved and it looked amazing.

Did a great job with two of my comforters. Not only gave me a great price and two clean comforters.. also put the comforters in my car after seeing I was coming in by myself with a baby. A+ service and the owner is fantastic !

This is a local shop with very friendly owners. A bit pricey, but everything comes out clean and perfect. The seamstress also does high quality repairs
