The shop has had a family friends scion for over 2 weeks with nothing done to the car because they are waiting on a headlight. The headlight is the least of the cars problems and could have been put back in driving order within a week. They are taking advantage of a new immigrant to the country who does not speak English. When you try to talk to the owner he brushes you off and walks away without any explanation. Avoid these people at all costs. Nothing but a scam.

Be careful!! You cannot trust this guys, I regret recommending my friend get his car repaired here. they pretend to fixed the problem, charging a lot for replacing parts and they don't. Also I went for an inspection and they tried to charge me $120 because I have tinted windows, they will look for anything in your car just to charge you more, I will never go back to this place.

I found Palamino Auto Service a few months ago and I thank god I have !!! I wish I could give them 20 stars They are absolutely the best mechanics I’ve come across in a long time and honest which to me is super important!! I got stuck this morning and I called them at 6:00 am and the owner said he would help. The minute they opened they had a truck driver on his way to get me and pick up my truck ! They have gone above and beyond for me today and have literally done everything they could to keep my costs down ! Something you rarely find in today’s world!! I will tell you now they have a custom for life ! They have talked to me the entire time to keep me in the loop as to what needed to be done and he didn’t want money to stop me from repairing my truck the right way !!! He is a different kind of man and I highly recommend His business I wouldn’t send my family to anyone but him!! Thank you for all the work you did for me today and thank you for going above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly! Honestly I’ve never dealt with a better company than this one and like I said they have a customer for life !!! Thank you !!

They charged me 350 dls without giving me an invoice for spare parts and the problem in my car continued, I still came back and they will check it and nothing, they did not check the injectors or the Audi wiring and they made me spend, saying it was an oil change and it wasn't, that's since I had it in Audi and There, if they detected all the errors, they serve you as if they were going to give you free service.
