You don't leave a client waiting 15 minuets for help then sho up saying "sup?". Very un professional. Once I stressed my concern one of the 2 clients walked off as slow as possible, nose glued to his phone to get the fork lift.
Once they where ready to do they opened up the other aisle to let people grab a couple sheets of plywood which was delaying me even more. Un professional. Also been waiting a month for my lowes card. Sorry lowes. Going back to home depot..

The employees are not helpful at all ..They don't know where anything is and every time I go into this store their standing around talking to each other ..Then won't even ask you if you need help or stop talking till you ask

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lowe's with their key duplication machine. I made three copies of a key, and none of them worked when I got home. I went back to the store and explained the issue to the customer service desk, expecting a straightforward solution. Instead, they told me they couldn't do anything about it and directed me to call a number on the machine for help.
Upon checking the machine, I found that the troubleshooting instructions clearly state: "What if my new key does not work? We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not satisfied, please bring your receipt and key(s) to the customer service desk for a full refund." Armed with this information, I returned to the customer service desk, but they still refused to assist me, dismissing my concerns and saying they had nothing to do with the machine.
This was incredibly frustrating. The store's refusal to honor the machine's stated policy and the dismissive attitude of the customer service staff were unacceptable. I expect better from a company like Lowe's, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. I would not recommend using their key duplication services, and I am reconsidering shopping at Lowe's in the future due to this poor customer service experience.

Researched online an item. Went to local store. Not in stock. Then they could not order it. I was told to order it from the manufacturer. Went home and ordered it at a lower price than Lowes had on their website.

I was looking for a replacement carpet for my RV toy hauler garage floor. Carpet guy wanted over $300 for a special order. Found the perfect, indoor/outdoor carpet for $80 less military discount.

Great customer service. I was greeted by Scott in the garden department who took the time to go over the differences of the power washers. Not knowing what to expect, I was happy and confident with my purchase. It was nice to have a friendly greeting and someone who genuinely cared.
