I went to browns service department for a repair. Not knowing it would take 8 times going there and 2 1/2 months to fix my problem that the service department created. I believed it to be my driveshaft making a noise. I made my appointment. Paid the 200$ diagnostic fee. The service advisor aaron insisted it was my transfer case and that it would cost 2,500$ to fix. I agreed. Made another appointment for the vehicle to be repaired. After bringing the vehicle back to be repaired i was driving home and the same noise was occurring on why i brought it there to begin with. I contacted aaron and had to being the vehicle back in again. After returning the vehicle again they determined it was the driveshaft (what i suspected from the beginning). He informed me it was going to be an additional 1,400 dollars. After just paying 2,500$ for a part and service i did not need. After he spoke to one of the managers they offered 50% off. I also refused that. I had to wait a few days for Tom the service manager to give approval to repair my vehicle with the driveshaft for the difference in price. I had to bring the vehicle back again for them to repair the drive shaft and refund me the difference which was 1,200$. After fixing the drive shaft i was driving home yet again but a new noise occurred when accelerating. I called the service department again and had to bring my vehicle back yet again. They told me it was the new transfer case that they had installed. (Their was nothing wrong with my original one that they had replaced). They had to order another one. I made another appointment and brought my vehicle back in for service again. They changed the transfer case again and stated that they were both bad and gave me my vehicle back and stated just dont press on the gas to hard to its not damaged. That they have to get approval to order a different transfer case that they will call me when it available. 2 1/2 weeks go by i dont hear any response from the service department. I call myself and they state to me that the appointment was already made on a day and time without telling me. I explained to them im not available that day and time and change it to a new day. TOM the service manger calls me about an hour later and states to keep the same original appointment to drop my vehicle off the night before and he will leave a loaner car for me with sales because i will be coming later in the evening. I land up leaving work early to make sure i am their when the service department is open , they say my appointment was changed and no loaner vehicle is available and i cant leave my car. TOM the service manager comes out and states theirs nothing he can do , my appointment is not for that day, that he doesnt remember the conversation he had on the phone with me and that their is no loaner available. I get a call the next day from Brianna stating a loaner is ready . I bring my vehicle down yet again. And go back and retrieve it the next day after finally being repaired. Tom the service manager was not helpful at all, very discouraging after he said he did not recall the conversation when he called me to schedule the appointment. No courtesy at all. Aaron was very clueless on what was going on , no communication on his part. VERY POOR SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I bought my jeep from them , and had numerous services there. I will not be returning as a customer.

Wanted to get 2018 jeep limted they chewed me up for 35 thousand 8 thousand down jeep had only 60,000 milage on it said lied my credit was bad had a zero went to another dealer found same limted for 13 thousand used same bank I been with for years they don't know how run a financial department in jeep browns Patchogue medford horrible they made me wait 3 hours for approval tried jack me 8 grand for put down when add said 4,000$

I am 53 years old, and I have bought more than a dozen cars from car dealerships, every time I have done this in the past, my experiences have been filled with stress, and unhappiness. My experience at this dealership has been the total opposite, the staff, the love and care that my family was shown created such a joy for all of us. I bought two cars in one day, one for my wife and one for my daughter. I will never go to another dealership again, Johnathan, Angelo, Sammy, Carl and Elaine showed true love, and the fairest and honest prices/experience. AJ (salesman) is such a nice guy and so easy to work with. Didn’t pressure me at all and made the whole buying process so smooth. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name that I did the financial paperwork with, but he was also very nice and a pleasure to work with. Thanks gents!
