Employees are praised for saving customers problems with incorrect parts, installing difficult batteries fast, and quickly testing and changing batteries. The store is well kept, usually has needed items in stock, and is larger than most in the area. A negative point was a long wait for a battery core return despite no line. Overall, service is described with a great attitude.

Walked in the store and greeted within 10 seconds by Maria, even though she was helping a customer. She is so knowledgeable and more important super nice. Can’t say enough good things about her.
