Ive been a 20 year Chase customer, last 7 of which at this location. The staff is great but the ATM’s are absolute garbage. One or both of them are seemingly always down. The drive thru often cannot accept deposits. Chase pays almost nothing on your money but i trade the yield for good service and this branch, at least the ATM’s, fails.

I had Atiya as my teller and she was so pleasant! I am from the generation where almost everything occurs through the phone, she was so patient to explain things to me. She was very personable and quick! I thought she deserved some recognition.

Female Teller with the dark brown/black hair is beyond obnoxious, consistently, every time. (She's usually the last teller on the far right, when viewed from inside the branch.) Today I was in the drive through line over 20 minutes (yes, that's correct, with 3 cars in front of me & full parking lot I knew it would be a bit long but this line hardly moved). Anyway, she won't take my cash card to make a cash deposit which I normally give. She's rude whenever you ask a question, she won't provide any information or explanation, just repeats herself in an obnoxious tone ("You have to...."). When I tell her, I have my license handy let me get it please don't take another customer - I grab my license & turn around & she ALREADY HAS WALKED AWAY & CALLED ANOTHER CUSTOMER! I press the call button which she of course ignores. I get out & start looking through the glass to see if there's still a line, there's no one at all there except Rude Teller & the other customer. The other teller (female, lighter brown long hair) is gone - even though there's a line in the drive through & it's late in the day, so it can't be her lunch break. No one is looking outside to see if there's a line. Then a man inside sees me & walks up & I explain the situation, at least he is nice & sympathetic gets it done. The whole torture session took over 30 minutes. Just for a simple deposit in the drive through, in 2022 when hardly anyone goes to banks. To anyone in customer service: Want to know why people are so irritated & hard to deal with these days? It's because of the way companies, and individual employees, are treating them. Robots answering the customer service line, unsympathetic employees who talk at you like robots & blatantly ignore your questions, we all know the issues. Not Chase's fault for this rule, but am I the only one who sees what's wrong with the average American not being able to deposit even $1 into their own bank account without showing ID (why are we all suspected of being in the drug cartel at ALL times & guilty until proven innocent on a daily basis), while Governor Cuomo makes a rule allowing people here ILLEGALLY to get driver's licenses & our borders are complete chaos?

I would never use this bank.... The staff on the floor really don't treat you with any respect. when you walk in you stand there waiting for someone to notice you. Honestly as a woman the men at this branch treat you like you have no idea what you are doing. At one point one of them said "We don't see eye to eye so we are done here". I found this unbelievable in the financial world to say to someone. In fact I was there to help my elderly parents not myself. I left this branch went to another and was waited on with respect and a smile.. I got my Transactions handled and everything was taken care of. Honestly I've been to the branch and he storage three times and each time was a nightmare never ever will I step foot in there again save yourself good or another location they have no idea how to handle customer service. I even tried to talk to the branch manager and he was too busy being a teller so he told me he couldn't help me. If I could give them 0 stars that's even to good for them..

Easy to see right off of Northern Boulevard servicing East Norwich and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Also experienced a total "ignore experience" in spite of the fact that several "bankers" appeared to be doing very little and I simply needed a general answer. What a group of duds.

Worst experience and customer service at a chase bank yet. Incredible I'm the only customer on tellers line, 3 tellers and what seems to resemble a manager all just nonchalantly ignoring me. Amazing!

Bank These guys are killing me with random phone messages "please call us as soon as possible to discuss your account". Since I only have one account there (car) I think to myself - oh crap, someone hijacked my identity or something along those lines. When I call I get some doof who wants me to open more accounts with them! They have pulled this stunt like 2 times already - or rather, they got me to call them the first two times. Not I just erase the messages. This sucks because now, if someone *does* hijack my identity I'm probably not going to call them back. Aside from that, they never have a line when I swing by to make a payment. The worlds most odd parking arrangement can be found here too.
