Clean, secure, safe and airconditioned! They have very friendly stafff from signing/joining and customer service throughout. Wish there were a million more Westy’s!! Been here since 2017 and highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Westy Storage today. I've stored my possessions here since September of 2016. I needed to downsize and Gayle was instrumental in getting me into a smaller unit. I am so very grateful for her support, upbeat attitude and efficiency on completing my transfer papers to the new unit.
You're fortunate to have her in your employ. I am one satisfied customer... Thank you!

Westy of East Northport is easily the best storage facility on Long Island. The facility is clean, climate controlled and easily accessible. But what makes it stand apart from other facilities is the wonderful staff. Gayle and Allen are knowledgable, courteous and kind. And in a competitive industry, people like them make all the difference in the experience you will have.

Gayle and Allen are a magnificent duo. They are extremely personable,helpful to the clients and have the personality to make clients want to stay.
Westy is the cleanest, most organized storage facility I’ve ever seen, or will ever see. I will recommend Westy to everyone by saying how lovely the staff are and the feeling of safety i have keeping belongings here.

Can’t say enough about westy in commack,Alan and the other staff were very helpful, I had two units i used while selling my home and purchasing another was referred to this place by my realtor and they didn’t disappoint!!! I have used other storage facilities and this place sets the bar high will be using them again if ever in need of storage !!

Yasir and his team were great! They found us the appropriate size storage units and when we needed additional space they were able to accommodate us. The facility is very clean, bright and secure. I have never used self storage before but if I had to use it again Westys would be the only facility I would trust.

Very clean, well lit. Never did I feel unsafe while alone. I have had contact with 3 of the East Northport branch employee's over the past year. Every single one of them were kind, helpful and always smiling.Highly recommend.

I don't have enough good things to say about this place! The people working there are incredibly personable and reasonable, it is clean, you feel safe, and no rent increases for two years. I will be coming back if I ever need a unit again, thank you!!

first thing I had noticed is how clean the place is, they are cleaning around the clock and the place is spotless. Yasir assisted me with two separate units and was beyond accommodating. What could have been a difficult move for me was made seamless and efficient. The place is so professionally ran, customer service is excellent they go above and beyond for you. Don’t think twice about storing your things here. It is affordable and worth every penny.

Westy Self Storage is top shelf!What more could I say? Okay I will... This place is well run, a well oiled storage business!Allen (owner) and Gail ( desk ) both are very patient, and knowledgeable of the business. They answered all our questions, explained all our options, and the related cost. They gave us a fair price and the perfect unit for our needs. But the most important feature about this place is it is very clean and very secure. Plenty of carts to move your stuff, even a loading dock you can back your truck up to, is another nice plus! Ahh don't forget to ask for a truck to get your stuff to this place, yes they have one!
