An associate was quick to greet us and took care of everything we needed. We purchased a two new iPads, an apple watch, and a new iPhone. He figured out the best deal economically where we turned in the watch and upgraded the plan. We got one iPad and the watch for free. He even added our Netflix and Hulu/Disney+ accounts to our plan to save us money every month.The only downfall of the store, and this is every time I've ever been there (over the course of 5 years) is the store is SO hot. They need to turn on the AC.

No one at Verizon can support FIOS. I have been having trouble with 1VZ ID and cannot add my FIOs account I’d to my Verizon. Now my FIOs is going away and I cannot mange my account on the app. I have an open ticket for over a month and no reply. Wireless says it is a FIOs issue and FIOs says it is a wireless issue. I am tired of the finger pointing and will leave both accounts soon as I am tired of this Verizon 2 step nonsense. Finally figured this out. A lady on the pro line was willing to work on it. Took way too long and I will never use the chat support again

Came in to this location because I needed help sending a phone back .. both Chris and Matt were extremely helpful , even though they couldn’t take my phone because they are cooperate … they explained to me that I had to send it back my self & help me out getting a shipping label and they even printed it out and boxed it for me !Highly recommend - customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

Aggressively unhelpful. From being ignored by multiple employees to a manager who tried to explain to me the concept of inventory - this place is just the worst. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the people who worked here actually wanted to help?

I placed an order for a Pixel phone for in-store pickup. Not only was Nais nice enough to help me activate it but was very thorough and helpful without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend this Verizon branch. No pressure and great customer service.
