The customer service at this establishment is horrible. Why attempting to ask to employee a question they are very rude and not helpful in the slightest. Will never be purchasing anything at this location.

After the great experience I had here I felt I had to give a review. Recently I purchased a trial bottle of A limited edition moonshine. When I went back to purchase a bottle they told me that they only had the trial size for the holidays but if I left my name and phone number they will call and see if they can get a full size bottle. After about a week or two I got a phone call telling me that they were able to get a bottle & it was there waiting for me. I really appreciated the effort they put into getting it for me. And that’s why I continue to go to there. Thank you Richter’s
