After the storm last night, today my car needed a tow. You can imagine it was not an easy situation but thankfully Larry from Klis Towing arrived to help. It was so nice to have such a pleasant experience during an unpleasant circumstance. Larry was helpful, courteous and kind. His smile brought me comfort and was much appreciated. When in doubt, be like Larry and Klis Towing.

Another great experience with Tony and his team! Needed body work as well as a number of maintenance items. The team did a fantastic job, communication was clear and frequent and they completed the work in a very tight timeline. Would highly recommended Tony and the Klis brothers team.

I was stranded on the LIE with an 24 year old jaguar. I live in CT and had no idea where to take the car. I was so fortunate to have chosen Klis Brothers through the AAA website. The entire team was so helpful and friendly - the tow operator, the mechanics and the owner. The tow operator let us squeeze in his truck and dropped us off at a safe place to secure an Uber. The owner, Tony, was very transparent and honest. He shared all the details with me over the phone and through pictures sent by text. He could have easily tried to take advantage of someone from another state in a bind, but that's clearly not how the operate.

Don't come here if you plan to use the coverage through enterprise for repairs. They do not work with them.

I was contracted thru AAA for a tow to my friends house in Franklin Square in Nassau County not Queens. It was assigned to this Firestone dealer tow truck repair shop. I told the woman on the phone specifically that I only needed a tow not a repair when I ordered the tow truck. They assigned it to this dealer. They called me and I said I only needed the tow and not service. Then I recieved another call that they cancelled my tow since I was not going there for service. They left me stranded for 2.5 hours with my 83year old mom because they could not get my service business. They are running a scam with AAA!!!

Went here a well back. If you dont know nothing about cars. There gonna scam you on prices. And they never fixed the problem? only went once though so cant speak for repeat customers

I had a flat on the LIE, drove to the next exit. Within 10 minutes of calling AAA, the flat bed arrives and had me back at the shop right away. They were able to patch the tire and get me in the road quickly. Everyone was very nice and I appreciate the quick service.

My wife received roadside assistance for a flat. The two guys that came to help her were amazing. The tire needed to be repaired at the shop. There I was met with amazing customer service. Thanks for the great care.

I live locally and have been a customer for over 3 years now. While I generally do basic car maintenance on my own, for any job beyond my ability the staff at Klis Brothers have always been curteous, professional and prompt in addressing any issues and getting me safely back on the road. Needed a tow late one night and they were there quickly, with very friendly service. I had to have my transmission replaced recently and they did a great job. Their staff even went out of the way to drop me off at home because things happened to be a little slow at the time. Thank you guys, keep up the great work.

Went today and needed my annual inspection, Tony and Jose got my car in and out fast! Always great service, always trustworthy diagnosis when my car needs it. Treated like family every time. Had them do a full once over on my daughter's car before going off to college. Still running great today. Been going here 30 years +. The best repair shop around!

Klis Brothers is an absolute lifesaver! I had been dreading dealing with my clogged sunroof drain, especially after hearing the outrageous prices the dealer was quoting me. But luckily, I stumbled upon Klis Brothers, and I couldn't be happier.
Jose, the magician behind the scenes, worked wonders on my car. Not only did he fix the pesky sunroof drain issue, but he did it for a fraction of the cost the dealer was demanding. His professionalism was top-notch, and he made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process, which I truly appreciated.
But the excellent service didn't stop there. Jose also took the time to inform me about my cabin filter needing replacement, showing a genuine concern for the overall well-being of my vehicle.
The prices were more than fair. Klis Brothers truly values their customers and doesn't believe in overcharging for quality service.
Overall, Klis Brothers is a gem of a find. If you're looking for top-notch service, fair prices, and a team that genuinely cares about your vehicle, look no further. This is the place to go. Huge thanks to Jose and the entire team for their outstanding work!

Brought my Ram 1500 pickup to Klis Brothers for some repairs after my right front rim and tire came off the truck while riding on Jericho Tpk. Thankfully nobody hurt. Right from breaks, hub, axle, etc. needed to be replaced/repaired. Also left 1/4 panel was damaged at the same time so that was repaired. They replaced tailgate which was dented beyond repair in a hit and run. They also fixed a small crease on left 1/4 panel and also on right rear 1/4 panel. (people like to hit my truck and leave.).
All work was done to perfection, truck looks brand new. Tony was constantly in touch we me keeping me apprised of prices and how things were progressing. Could not be happier with their professionalism and the workmanship. I recommend them highly.

Worse experience ever, scam artists trying to scheme money every way possible.
Completely lying through the phone about the services they provided or will provide.
I will be issuing a complaint against them and hope AAA would not recommend them to anyone else
