Purchased a 11' cantilever umbrella from Laura's about a year ago (they were great on price & delivery). Recently had some wind damage issue with the umbrella and Nicole was very responsive in helping me replace the frame. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended! I know I will be definitely purchasing from them again in the future.

Just received our new Avenida furniture from Laura’s. Everything has been an A+ from the help we received in the store to the quality of the furniture and the delivery service. Can’t wait for warmer weather. Highly recommend.

Great selection of high quality Christmas trees and other Christmas decor. We live out east so we had to drive 40 minutes to get there, well worth it. We purchased a 7.5 Easton tree, beautiful. After 7 days once branch had some defective lights; we contacted Laura's, they came right to our home on the east end and swapped the whole section out, great customer service. We will shop there every Christmas season.

I bought a tree a year or so ago. The top broke in such a way that it needed to be replaced. John and his team went above and beyond to have the top replaced. They worked with the tree manufacturer and got me a replacement quickly. I’m pretty sure that is not the typical result with manufacturers, but John was able to figure it out. From complaint to solution, the customer service was on the spot.
Aside from my experience, have you seen this store?!?! Wow!!
I’ll see you come springtime too. I have some patio furniture to upgrade this coming year.

This place is amazing. Beautiful, high quality decor and christmas trees. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for home/christmas decor this is the place for you.

Kerri was absolutely amazing from the minute we walked into the store. She was patient and so informative. My husband and I went there for an outside sectional and we left with that and an outside table set. Was such a pleasant shopping experience. I would recommend this store to anyone.
