Received my car back like it came out of the showroom. Not only did they fix the damage from where I was hit but they removed A scratch from the hood of my car that I made shoveling snow one year. They even washed and waxed my car before giving it back to me. Most importantly they were so nice and kind to me. Set up the loaner car with Allstate and I did not have to make one phone call. Ron Graziano runs a class act. Super grateful.

This company is reliable and they do impeccable work! My vehicle was scheduled to be repaired and I came down with covid. They went out of their way to pick my car up, repair it and dropped it back off. Highly recommend! Great people!

I just had to write a few words about what a great experience I had with Graziano's. My poor little Mini was rear ended and even though the damage looked minimal at first, Don confirmed what I had been telling everyone. He took great pictures, showed me all the damage underneath that was not visible at first behind the bumper. They handled all the insurance paperwork, got me a rental, texted me every step of the way on the process and when I picked up my car it was cleaned inside & out! Car looks great! What service. Really great. Just so pleased. Will be telling all my friends.

Excellent service, wonderful people, and fair pricing.I had a dent in my car that needed to be repaired before a lease turn in. I took it to several other auto body shops, all of which made a big deal out of how the entire panel would have to be taken apart, repainted, put back together. A big deal with a very big price tag. I stopped by Graziano and Ron took a look and told me he would do his best to pull it out without any major work. He could have tried to oversell it and turn it into a big job, but he gave me an honest opinion and a very fair price to get the dent corrected. These guys value their customers and would rather do the right job than make an extra dollar. I'll definitely be back next time I have the need.Service: Body & Trim

I had come across Graziano's Auto Collision through a recommendation from a friend whose family had been going to them for years after I experienced a fender bender on my brand new car. The entire staff was super knowledgeable and professional from the point of dropping my car off and picking up after it was done. They fixed it up and made it look brand new! The most important part about this place is the customer service and family like feeling which honestly sets them apart from other places. They're destined for success because they do such a great job and I would recommend everyone to ONLY go to them!Services: Painting

Great service through and through here from the first phone call to handing them the rental keys in exchange for my keys. Amazing auto body work as the car looks brand new and friendly, experienced and highly knowledgeable staff in every part of the process (10/10)

So glad we used Graziano Collision when I got into a car accident. The owner Ron was so kind to us to fix my car when it was looking like we weren’t going to be able to get it fixed. Both him and the staff went above and beyond!! My car looks brand new! Would 10/10 recommend!!
