Went there yesterday to return an online purchase. Wasn't sure what to do with all the labeling since I was concerned.Ale helped me with ease. She was very friendly and efficient. I also noticed other workers were very friendly to the other customers. I was nervous to do this free shipping. I would definitely go to this location again !

Packages that were labeled "fragile and need to be in upright position" were layed down on their side. Counter help couldn't care less when I brought it to their attention.

Great customer service! I come here to do shipping, returns, etc. and everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and friendly. I just moved from NYC where all shipping is an absolute nightmare. This FedEx gives me hope. I look forward to the next time I have to ship something.

The FedEx in East Northport, near Panera is excellent. I shipped a big box to my daughter in Georgia and they couldn't be more helpful. The entire staff is so helpful, curtious and professional. I will only use FedEx now after UPS losing a few packages over the past year. While FedEx may be a little bit more costly, they have NEVER lost a package.I highly recommend visiting this store for all shipping needs. Very clean, attentive staff and great customer service. Made me feel very welcomed!!

i highly recommend fedex for all shipping needs!!!though please note that if you’re going to ship something to a p.o. box, you need to use either fedex’s “smartpost” service level or just ship with the usps! fedex does not deliver any ground, home delivery, or express shipments to any p.o. boxes!just a little heads up since i’ve been victim to a struggle with them about this before and they almost refused to deliver the express package i sent to a connecticut p.o. box operated by the usps. be careful and ask questions!

I needed a specific box that wasn’t in stock. Michelle at the East Northport FedEx told me she would call other locations and make sure the box would be at this location the following day. I was thrilled when Michelle called me a day later to let me know she followed through on her promise and I could come into this location to get the box I needed. This was an excellent customer experience.

Placed an online print order for a custom document. The order was ready by the estimated time, and the staff ensured I had the opportunity to check for any misprints. There was an error with one of my documents, so they reprinted it correctly at no extra cost! They also have supplies that customers can freely use, such as a straightedge paper cutter. The staff here were patient and helpful!

The worst , the lady with the black hair and glasses. She was so rude and was taking so long with the first customer. I came from far away for her to tell me that I had to call the customer service line. She repeatedly said " call 1800 FedEx twice and would not help. I guess people don't like to work at all. All this other guy was just standing talking to another person instead of helping the customers.
