When your husband buys you a gift card from this CVS on Larkfield Rd in East Northport and the thief stole it from the Sleeve and replaced it with a used gift card with a 0 balance Apple gift card so when he went to purchase it and it loaded the criminal took his money!! CVS corporate and this CVS refuses to take responsibility for this happening in their store! Did not make good on the theft they took place here!! Disgraceful as it was a substantial amount of money! Never step foot in a cvs ever!!

What a shame rite aid shut down because they “accidentally” always miscounted their narcotics, however they were still able to fill basic prescriptions which this CVS seems entirely inept at. I’ve done business with CVS for a while, this one falls on the manager of this district, the manager who will inevitably roll the boulder down hill and blame the mid 20s front end manager who has no control over things. For the first time in my life I’ve gone to a pharmacy that is entirely useless, some of your staff give awful customer service, the worst I’ve seen in my 34 years of life, and that’s a lot since I argue with people for a career. The front desk person who dresses like he’s working at hot topic is probably the worst offender, followed by the tall kid who runs away the moment he tells you your prescription isn’t ready that wears the navy blue scrubs. They let phone calls hold forever, and for some reason after making you wait 25 minutes on line, they then say “oh there’s nothing here please step over to the drop off desk where they can help you” and immediately walk away like they couldn’t care less, this has been done even when it was a critical medication. The pharmacists, the unsung heroes here, are trying to literally keep this sinking ship afloat by doing everything because the rest of the staff is incompetent, they deserve much more $ than whatever they are getting paid by this clown show of a store. What should be a 5 minute visit turns into almost an hour and you always leave empty handed… every-single-time. Putrid service at this location and the regional manager for this location should be terminated, because these poor reviews are coming at a very fast rate I see, what’s comical is the office for that manager is AT this location too, the door is right next to the entrance. Take a walk over to the pharmacy to observe what’s going on when you are in next. Whoever runs the Halesite location should come here and take over since they know what they are doing. Shout out to the front end workers and other stockers who are helpful there and try their best everyday still for a store that genuinely does not care about people

The employees in pharmacy/pharmacy staff are very clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. The pharmacy techs always seem incredibly stressed out, and the pharmacists and are always busy. An older man who I was asking questions about a prescription I requested a refill for was clearly burnt out and therefore coming across considerably rude (interrupting me, shaking his head, being condescending in his tone). I know this behavior is a result of not great working conditions, however, I will not be coming here for prescriptions any longer.

I went there today because i needed my medication desperately
Waited 20 minutes hearing about how they cant find it then 10 minutes later the manager who acted rude and disrespectful said to his co worker that he will have to come back
Then i get told i would have to come back because they might not be able to fill it and they cant find it after i got a text stating it was ready for pickup
Such a disgrace and im changing pharmacies

If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO I would. DO NOT USE this store or pharmacy. No one here has a medical degree but act like they do

The pharmacy manager always has a bad attitude towards customers and even those who work with him. If he doesn't like serving the customer, what does he do working there?

Been living in the neighborhood for about 3 years now. They are always backed up with huge line and wait time is at least 20 mins. Pharmacy techs are always overwhelmed. CustomerService needs a lot of improvement. I used to live in five boroughs and never had this same issue. Hope the management does something.

This is the worst pharmacy. Do not have your prescriptions filled here. They are incompetent and never call you when it is ready. Long lines and rude people.

Please do not go to this pharmacy. Unfortunately, the people that work here do not care about their patients and have no problem charging me 400 for a medication that was actually covered by my insurance. If you have an expensive medication I would recommend looking into other pharmacies (not cvs or Walgreens) first before paying for it here. The new pharmacy I went to was easily about to find a solution and save me hundreds of dollars.

Not even worth a one star. Worst pharmacy in existence. Totally incompetent, prescriptions never ready in a timely basis, wait in line forever, one pharmacist very rude, tonight again pediatrician called in prescription hours ago, called to see if ready, automated answer told me child's birthday doesn't even exist, they don't answer phone, don't send messages as other locations do, manager told me after pharmacist was rude he apologies but has no control over pharmacy, that was another earlier visit. If you have to use cvs due to insurance go to 2000 Jericho typk location. Very professional, pharmacist extremely helpful and personable, messages about ready prescriptions and ones needed, I am changing all prescriptions to that location even though it's out of my way. 8pm still no prescription for child, pediatrician told me they called in on twice already. Oh... and got hooked onto 200o location because my husband's DOCTOR couldn't even get a prescription called in on emergency had to call another location. Pathetic
