Not even worth a one star. Worst pharmacy in existence. Totally incompetent, prescriptions never ready in a timely basis, wait in line forever, one pharmacist very rude, tonight again pediatrician called in prescription hours ago, called to see if ready, automated answer told me child's birthday doesn't even exist, they don't answer phone, don't send messages as other locations do, manager told me after pharmacist was rude he apologies but has no control over pharmacy, that was another earlier visit. If you have to use cvs due to insurance go to 2000 Jericho typk location. Very professional, pharmacist extremely helpful and personable, messages about ready prescriptions and ones needed, I am changing all prescriptions to that location even though it's out of my way. 8pm still no prescription for child, pediatrician told me they called in on twice already. Oh... and got hooked onto 200o location because my husband's DOCTOR couldn't even get a prescription called in on emergency had to call another location. Pathetic

If we took a survey of 100 people how often they say "I'm just gonna run into CVS real quick to get something" and this actually happens. I'd say 10% of the time you can get in and out real quick. It's never fun. Besides the automated machines that require constant assistance from the person working, there is always a person going over the coupons and how they should have gotten 20 cents off holding up the line. It's gotten worse over time and I'm sure their employee surveys show it.

Worst pharmacy. They are not capable of counting pills, which is pretty much their only job. Make sure you count any prescription you pick up there.

I needed a passport photo to submit as part of a job application. The company said most drug stores do them, so I came to this CVS. There were two employees in the whole store and about ten customers on line. It took me almost thirty minutes to make it to the register and ask for the photo. They took the photo, charged me for it, and then it didn't come out right and gave me a hard time about taking another one.

I understand that we are dealing with a pandemic right now. Which is all the more reason why I should be able to go to my local CVS whenever I need to purchase formula or baby food for my six month old daughter. I have given them chance after chance and every time I go there I leave feeling like an idiot. If you need supplies for your infant/baby you are better off going to IGA across the street

Helpful staff who called to make sure prescription was accurate before filling as it was very expensive. Good experience.

They never called me to tell me their photo center was down. Apparently it's been down for 2 weeks. They should let their customers know when they receive the online order.

If there were a rating of zero that is what this store would get. Today I venture into this store to get my passport pictures taken. The women behind the counter did not volunteer to help as my father and I attempted to use the photo maker. After about 15 minutes one of the women named Julie ventured over and said rather nastily would we like some help. She obvious did not know what proper customer service looks like since she did not move from behind the counter to help us. She knew what we were doing but refused to give any instructions. We went to print the pictures and purchase them. She happened to be our cashier and she took one look at our photos and said they would not suffice for passport photos. She became agitated and said we should have asked for her help. Her statement had us perplexed because during the first 15 minutes we were in the store by the photomaker she did not mention a staff member would need to help us. We asked if she would take the pictures for us. She refused saying she didn't want to because we were yelling at her. My father a senior citizen was shocked and appalled by her behavior. I did not understand as a customer service representative how she could refuse to help us. A colleague who was standing with her took the same stance and refused to help us. In this day and age it is sad to see such outright hostility to a senior citizen who just wanted his passport photo.

Spent 10 minutes with no one else in line trying to pick up one 8x10 photo that was free. Manager had to come to the front twice. Might be a new system, but that's not really my concern. Unprofessional and not helpful staff.

This is easily the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. I'd love to switch but my insurance company only approves CVS. There's always a long wait, even if the line is short. I fill the same prescriptions each month, but there is always a problem when I come to pick them up - they can't figure out where the prescription is, they can't be bothered to follow up, they have no control over when the system sends out texts that the prescription is ready for pickup when it's actually not, and the staff appears to be completely incompetent. I dread prescription filling time. The only star goes to the selection of stuff to distract from their crappy pharmacy service. Thanks CVS!

The pharmacy staff members are polite, but the pharmacists are not very friendly. There is always an excessive wait at the front of the store. Good selection of merchandise. Ample parking. Drive through pharmacy is convenient.
