You can use any area credit union for your banking- or use there ATMs for no charge. Plus they have a discount club for movie tickets shows, pet insurance discount, Mortage rates, along with equity lines of credit are always very low. It's easy to go on line and view the rates, of promotions.”

“I loved this bank as NEFCU, as Jovia they still have great service during business hours at the branch, but as the other customer said, beware the 1-800 number on the back of your card. The after hours customer service is horrendous to the point where I purposely wait and call the branch directly the following day. I think the name change and changing everyone's debit/credit cards was a bit unnecessary. Don't fix something that isn't broken.”

“The team at Jovia held our hand throughout the entire HELOC process - from explaining how it works to helping us pick the best option for us. There was no jumping through hoops or playing games like other banks- everything felt like the team truly was working to do the best for us. Maria, Cyndi, and Michelle and were incredible and answered any questions we had almost instantly via email. “Tfcu is a great credit union for everyday banking. They have branches all over the island and they don't overcharge on fees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you better not need anything from the call center. There's a minimum of 10 minute wait time no matter when you call and nothing ever gets resolved. They don't call you back and they are not very knowledgeable.”
“Bank is excellent. The only problem is the ATM seems to take forever to read the card chip. After like what seems like a minute, I take the card out, reinsert it, and it works right away asking for my pin. Maybe try to adjust them to make them quicker.”
