Horrible bank. Terrible customer service. Was locked out of my account due to a error of their own and was told to bank elsewhere if it’s an issue. DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION.

I had a horrendous experience at this location. Went in for help and was thrown on on the phone to fend for myself. There was no help or assistance, and the place was very dirty thumbtacks all over the floor and the desk people were beyond RUDE. Also, when I walked in I sat there for 30 minutes while the two desk people had their chitchat about vacations and places they want to go. I was here for just about 2 hours and ended up leaving and resolved my issue within 30 minutes at a much more helpful location.

I have been a customer of the Citibank on Larkfield Road, East Northport, NY for many years as has my daugther. Wanted to take a moment to leave a comment here to express my sincere appreciation for the customer service that I experience every single time I walk into that branch. I’m always greeted with a smile. When ever I have an issue that I don’t understand, they are always patient to explain and I walk away so much more knowledgeable. I find them to be very professional and at the same time extremely personable. I always get the feeling like I am the most important customer and that means a lot to me. Maryanne, the bank manager there is so knowledgeable about anything financial. I trust her to guide me properly. She works with me-side by side. We live in a world where old fashioned customer service leave much to be desired so, during my day running here and there, it is always a refreshing experience to walk into the branch and be treated with such good care from the tellers to Roya and Maryanne. They are like extended family that I see now and again. Always a pleasant experience. I have banked with other banks and this branch is better and I have to say it is because of the genuine customer service. Most banker are knowledgeable but not all bankers present themselves the way that this synergistic group at this branch do. I am very appreciative of the care and service this branch gives. Not a common thing everywhere. Just wanted to let whoever know of my experience at this Citibank branch.

I have been coming here for years. The tellers are always professional, but still friendly. I would recommend this bank to anyone.

This was the third branch that declined my transaction to wire money. Even after asking for a deposit they still had a problem. They acted as if i was truly a criminal and did not want to help someone simply due to how they dress and the shade color that they are. You would never understand my life. How dare you for questioning me when i am the one who has the answers to this wolds problems. M
