You really need to fix your outside ATM’s

Always a problem at this location. ATMs only work when they want to, as does the staff. You'll wait 20 minutes to speak to someone, even if you're the only person there. The people in the cubicles ignore you and the reception desk is always empty, so if you're not there explicitly to deposit or withdraw, there's nobody to direct or assist you with what you're trying to do.

Old lady asked me to put on a mask. The mask that was provided to me wasn't even an N-95. It's been announced that regular masks don't work. So why is she harassing me to put it on?

Before visiting, I looked up online the amount of ID I'd need to open a custodial account for a child at a Chase bank. Their corporate website said I needed one. I took my son's passport there and was met with the following. "Hello, you know we'll be closing in 20 minutes?" I replied, "I'll wait." After sitting, the person came to me and asked what I'd be doing. "Opening a custodial account." He replied, "You'll need two ID for the child." This isn't true. I stepped out and called their corporate office. Corporate confirmed that I needed one ID. I stepped back in and the reply I got was, "I've been telling people they need two ID for over four years." So, I spoke to the manager. The manager told me that the bank is required by federal law to use two forms of ID, specifically the birth certificate and social security card, to open an account. I asked him to repeat that, and quizzed him on it. He walked it back a little, but confirmed again that he was required by federal law to insert a) a birth certificate number and b) a Social Security number. I've never even heard of a birth certificate number. All of this is just made up, whole cloth. I called my present bank - he'd need a school ID, and to know his social security number. USBank said he'd need one form of ID. Wow - lots of banks breaking federal law! Needless to say, I won't be opening my son's account at Chase.

I made an appointment to get something notarized. I waited 20 minutes and then was told they weren’t sure how long it would still be. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my time.

No process of signing in you just wait in the chair waiting for someone to talk to you and then when they don't and you ask them, they claim they're busy and tell you to wait for someone else, who also never comes.

I walked in to open a business account and waited 10 minutes for THE ONLY person at a desk to then tell me he doesn't have the time and I would have to make an appointment or come back! This person finishes his phone call, found out I was waiting to open this account, AND let me wait to help customers with the self use kiosk in the bank, THEN sat me at his desk to tell me this!!! Bank elsewhere this branch has NO STAFF and is not prepared to handle simple situations. To only have 1 person on staff to do this is absurd!!!

They gave me a hard time about taking out a larger sum of money to pay for car repairs. ATM would not dispense more than $1,000 and the teller practically interrogated me about why I would need so much cash.

We are customers if this branch, it is a very busy location so yes I have had to patiently wait 15-25 mins for a bank employee to become available yet there are comfortable seating coffee TVs to keep you occupied. Staff is friendly a bit slow but I do thinks it's from the amount of people they see per day and there commissions I believed are based on opening new accounts etc so they try to slow the process down which I'm not a fan of but over all they are very friendly personable and they do get the job done. We have multiple banks and this is the best location to us.

A few of the employees here are very nice, but a lot seem like they do not want to be there. Also, the outdoor walk-up ATM is often broken. Also for some reason, it is very slow during the colder months.

Walked in on a Friday @ 5:10PM at the East Northport location on Larkfield Rd. Told them I needed to open a business checking account to replace one that was fraudulently compromised. I was told there wasn't enough time. They need at least 1 hour to open an account and they close @ 6PM. They had 5-6 people there and I was the only customer.

Employees from the closed Northport location have transferred here and have made my banking a pleasure. There are a few "sad" folks who work at this location but for the most part I get really good service on each visit. This location features an emachine atm which dispenses 1,5,20,100 denominations. Can be helpful if you just don't want 20'''s in your withdrawals. They also have a self service station with coffee and hot water for tea daily. Early mornings and late afternoon's there is hardly a line.
