The investment bankers are not knowledgeable about products clearly advertised on the website. Then, it takes several days for someone to call you back after they try to find out some information about the product. Even then, the conversation is useless.

Old lady asked me to put on a mask. The mask that was provided to me wasn't even an N-95. It's been announced that regular masks don't work. So why is she harassing me to put it on?

I made an appointment to get something notarized. I waited 20 minutes and then was told they weren’t sure how long it would still be. Completely unacceptable and a waste of my time.
