Pharmacy is understaffed, staff that are there are harried and overworked. Be prepared to spend an hour on phone to speak with pharmacy and then get cut off. Management, why can't you get this right? Too many other pharmacies around to continue with you!!!!

Slow, annoyed, overworked, too busy. Take your pick. Just about done with this place. Complete disconnect between the text alerts and the people who work here.

Frank and janelle are so caring generous and helped me get my medicine before the snowstorm . The pharmacist Neir is also very helpful . Thank you guys so much . Even when I don't go into the store and do drive thru Jarmine and the blonde girl are always helpful also . They were helpful doing the covid testing as well .

Amateur hour at the pharmacy counter. Brand new pharmacist (Jasmine) fresh out of school and it shows. Unable to manage more than one customer at the counter, I waited almost an hour for a flu shot! I also over heard her unable to answer a very simple question a customer had, if you can avoid this location.

Never coming back to any cvs again. My pediatrician called in a script for a rescue inhaler FOR MY 7 MONTH OLD. When my husband went to pick up the script. They had the inhaler, but we also needed the chamber as she is 7 months old. Jermaine told my husband that it would be in 7pm that night. Please keep in mind this was 1 in the afternoon. So my husband calls for them to say " oh we're getting it by 10 or 11 tomorrow " so now it's too late for any other pharmacy for us to call so we wait till the next morning and my husband calls at 11 o'clock for them to tell us "oh we're not getting an order till 4 o'clock" so now my seven-month-old daughter is supposed to suffer for another day and they kept giving us the run around. by this point we have had it and we take measures into our own hands and we called 2 small-town pharmacies by us and they both have the chamber. I would have respected it more especially since they saw that my child is only seven months old if they said I'm sorry but we are out of the chamber maybe if you can find another pharmacy that has the chamber and your pediatrician call it over instead of making my daughter suffer and give us the runaround which when I called there Friday to tell them Susan the pharmacist who I spoke to told me they weren't giving me the runaround but that's why I kept getting delayed and if I waited for you guys my daughter woukd have suffered another night without the chamber. They also messed up my moms script last week. You Would have thought I would've learned my lesson also when they filled the wrong script for my daughters Vitamins because she supposed to get vitamin with fluoride, and instead they just gave me straight fluoride. like my husband said when he called them, & said thank God it was just fluoride and a vitamin script and not something else they messed up. I honestly wouldn't even give one star
