The staff here are incredibly helpful and kind! I purchased a brand new Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 last year and have experienced numerous issues. Despite three attempts, the dealership has been unable to resolve the recurring engine light problem. The technician here provided me with excellent advice and very useful information!

Had them repair the rear end on my Acura RDX. They did a professional job and they even topped off my fluids and restored my headlights for free. Staff is friendly and John was super helpful and did a great job guiding me through the rental car process. Overall great experience.

I usually never leave reviews, but I just wanted to comment on the help I had received from the guy’s Alpha Omega! My car was hit in a parking lot and after a little research, I thought that the damage could be repaired with PDR. I wasn’t certain however, and after I received the estimate from my insurance adjuster, I took the car to two other auto repair shops, and both gave absurd estimates and repair times! When I spoke to the team at Alpha Omega, I was told that my car would in fact, look as good as new using PDR, and the estimate came out to be a fraction of what I was quoted with the other shops. I can’t recommend this body shop enough. You won’t regret working with them!

The owner John is not only a nice guy, but he is one of the hardest working guy I know. He's been in this industry from the start of his career. Now he's an owner / operator running a shop with a great team. Not only am I a customer, I have referred many customers to his shop and will continue to do so in the future.

Never coming back here again. Came to get my brakes done and ac looked at. Brought my car Saturday nobody called me until Thursday when I decided to show up myself and see what was going on. Turns out they didn’t touch the ac because it would be too expensive and they didn’t know if they could fix it? And when I asked about the brakes they said let me go look now and said my brakes are fine as I left with them squeaking and grinding out of the parking lot. Place is a joke. My car was also covered in some type of green pollen all over the outside. Terrible customer service. And my radio is more broken than it was when I brought it there.

Saw this driving by. We live in Westbury, Respectfully, the CEO gentleman was friendly, spoke kindly to my daughter. The car very great many features, and it is a clean spotless open area. My daughter sat in the vehicle started engine sounds lovely. My brother is coming to check it out. I believe this is a quality place. Now, praying ? the cost. Mama I am.Mrs. Alma Opal Flowers ❤️
