Understaffed. Always one person (two tops) working, even during morning coffee rush and Friday/Saturday nights (busiest nights of the week). This results in the lines getting out of control fast. I've also found dairy products several days past their expiration date on multiple occasions. I only go to this location because they sell certain items that the other two locations don't.

Terrible customer service. Young blonde kid laughed in my face when I asked how to add rewards to the app. I don't know if he was on something but extremely unprofessional

Bad customer service from 2 young men during the summer. A bag I was carrying broke, went into the store to ask for a bag. I was greeted properly, but as soon as they learned that I only wanted a bag their helpful demeanor went away. I worked in customer service, from a gas station to a bank, the first one the customer sees while walking in, usually gives the decision on whether to go back or not. I won’t. If they don’t like their jobs they should leave. Just because I only needed a bag, which I would pay for, shouldn’t cause them to be treated disrespectfully.

Walked in as the employee was coughing on the bananas as he stocked them. His mask was around his chin. I’d avoid the rest of the produce too.

Today this late afternoon I went to this 7eleven. I was ready to buy my pack of cigarettes. I realize the sign for Marlboro lights was $10.45. The cashier rang the cigarettes up and it was $11.83 plus tax. Came up around $12.90 I believed. I asked why am I being tax on top of tax. The cashier said the cigarettes are $11.83 plus tax. Then I asked why the sign says $10.45? He rudely said "I don't know, do you want it or not" That is no way talking to any customers. The owner or manager need to re-evaluate the worker. Also, if you're selling any merchandise in your store, should always update your prices to your items. Because you are selling false advertisement. The worker there was rude and no customer service. I told him I will contact the manager or owner about his behavior. "He said good, go ahead". I left and took my money to somewhere else.

Buyer be ware. This location DOES NOT follow Covid-19 guidelines. We stopped by last night as everything else is closed after 11pm. Husband went in to grab a soda and something to eat. I waited in the car, as I am health compromised. I look up at the front door and see a man walk in with NO MASK on. The man at the counter did nothing at all. I told my husband I refuse to touch anything from that store after what happened. The clerk pretended no to understand english. The appropriate authorities have been contacted. Good thing you have security cameras:)

The place has an odor. Dairy and frozen products are often kept in the fridges/freezes past their Sell By date. There is usually only one person working the register at this location. If there's ever anyone else working, they're always hiding in the walk-in or back room. On more than one occasion, a particular employee has asked me for a ride and gotten angry when I said "no." I don't know you!

Just 7-Eleven is okay but together keep up with the Covid 19 protocols and the other safe standard they have to follow Best believe that for sure end of discussion period! The staff that works at 7-Eleven also have to wear a mask and not to be rude at least learn some English and have working security cameras and hand sanitizer as well!
