Went here to rent a u-haul motorcycle trailer. For the day it only cost $16. Great way to get brush off of your property to bring to the landfill who takes it for free.

Awful experience. Run away from these folks. Reserved a truck for the day, a Saturday. I arrived and they said I needed to return no later than 4PM. I said what about 'all day' and they replied, sorry, our policy is "Subject To Availability." What does that mean? I already am being charged for the day (thats why there is a key drop box outside) I already knew they had promised a reservation to someone else for Sunday morning at 7AM despite the fact that they dont open until 10AM. The agent who I made the reservation with several days before told me. Essentially, The owner did not want to get his sorry a$% out of bed on a Sunday and now I had to hurry my move and it was a disaster. Bad customer service. Neveing going back there again.

My mom made a reservation to pick up a U-Haul today at 6 am. She went in person yesterday to make sure everything was set up. The first red flag was we had checked off we wanted a dolly in the U-Haul car and they lady said she had to put one in because she didn’t see it. My mom just went over there and nothing was working. Then she spent an hour on the phone with customer service to find out that Storage r us messed up on their end and didn’t register it right. Now I am an hour late on my move out time and I only had a two hour frame for my move out. Super frustrating and now my mom has to drive another 30 minutes somewhere else to get a truck.

Have a unit here. Reasonably priced, automatic monthly billing on credit cards unlike the one across the air port in East Moriches where you have to pay cash every single month. Easy, convenient, and great staff.
