A healthy glimpse into a bygone era with trendy offerings and excellent staff. SL is located at the very end of Adelaide and even the street and neighborhood surrounding the venue is beautiful and inviting.Offering a calm and cool laid back vibe; SL has a little SO-CAL going on with an authentic Long Island vibe. This place is beautiful and highly recommended.

Looking to take my son out fishing off a pier for his first fishing experience and we found silly Lilly’s and decided to rent a boat instead glad we did. Jay @ silly Lilly’s was very helpful provided us with a map and times when we should fish certain areas and was spot on much appreciated Jay ( we had action all day 4 keepers. And at the end of the our fishing day jay checked to see how we did and offered to put a picture of my son with his catch in the fisherman magazine made his day!!! I am in the business and as a kid we used to rent yankee Dorie skiffs which brought back a lot of memories. I would definitely recommend silly Lilly fishing station

Small business in a small area. Fantastic chill vibe marina/beach shack. Not your beat up, grungy dock-side, been around forever and it shows marina. This is nice. Doesn't have piles of rusty discarded boat parts, dead boats, etc. It is a working marina, just small and waaaaayy cleaner and bright than you're used to. Has a Williamsburg vibe that is not the Hamptons and not an old school gas up. Great beverages, simple but spot-on menu. Nice little gift shop. Small craft and SUP rentals. Shallow water docks so the large craft navy is not here. Very nice. Bring your wallet. Owners on site. Good service by nice employees too. Off the path but not lost. Very cool. It is a not-discovered-yet place that probably doesn't want to be a discovered place. Check their schedule. They close at sunset.

Not the same place, owner cranky and unprofessional. Not the "friendly" "fun" atmosphere they try to reflect... phony and frauds

An incredible spot for renting boats, fishing, adorable gear and clothing. And the food is fantastic. We had lobster roll (delicious), and the j*** chicken sandwich was amazing. Drinks - new on the menu, we thought were great. Just an amazing setting and place to go for a fun day or evening on the water. Best food we have had in the area! Casual and very cool.

Quickest way to summer bliss! I've found lately that the quickest way to peel away the stress in life is to go back in time and replicate the way we did things as kids on summer break. That mostly meant keeping things simple while creating an adventure for the day. Maybe it means jumping in a boat and going fishing with a friend or going sailing and trying to figure out how not to get flipped over from the wind, when secretly getting flipped and going for an impromptu swim is probably the best part! Sometimes its just going to a beach and lazing around all day. I did all of these things at Silly's and every time I've gone the guys there have made the transition to the "no-stress zone" so easy. All the people working there are super helpful and laid back. They got the boats ready for our adventures and I appreciated the time Jay took to explain the nuances on the boats I didn't had experience in. After you spend the day out on the water, the food truck is an awesome way to fill your stomach and end the day! And if you are not doing any of the above, the store is chock full of fun things or just play pinball!

A beautiful gem. A great place to rent a boat or grab a bite from the food truck. Nice little shop. The staff are wonderful.

Beautiful location with a super cute vibe, and a tasty (albeit expensive) food truck often open outside. Despite agreeing to pay the full amount ahead of time, my group and I arrived to find that the boat was not ready. This wouldn't have been a huge deal, but it led to 35 minutes of the 2 hours my group paid for being wasted by two people with obviously very little or no experience with sailing or trailering boats bumbling around as they struggled to launch our boat. Eventually they launched our boat at which point we got in the boat and began to rig it ourselves, finishing just before who I suppose is the "sailing guy"/non incompetent whose name is Jay came out to give us life jackets and slow us down as he checked all the rigging that he could've done before we arrived. Slightly nit picky I suppose, but Jay could not help but talk to us in the way that an adult would speak to a 5 year old, speaking ever so softly, slowly, and in the most condescending tone you can imagine. Jay then insisted on taking down the main sail to reef the sail to the first reefing point as I guess he didn't think we could competently operate the boat we rented. Jay did the most half assed, improper reefing job I've ever seen which in turn took any shape that the sail once had out of it. All this despite the wind blowing ~0-5 knots! Despite Jays mandate to make this the least exciting, tedious boat rental ever, we took out the reefing as soon as we were away from his watchful eye. Boat was of meh quality with sticking points being no hiking straps, a broken off tiller extension, and various large cracks along the bottom of the cockpit. Additionally the skiffs they rent out which are equipped with Tohatsu 6 horsepower outboards looked extremely low quality and gross. All in all it's a super cool spot with mostly well meaning but generally incompetent staff that rents out pretty low quality boats. Also Jay rubbed me the wrong way. Tuna fish sandwich at food truck is delicious though. I would recommend going for lunch and sitting by the water if you're up to spending ~$18-$20 on your meal, probably not worth renting a boat though.

From the moment I went to SL. I just loved it. Jay takes care of your every request. The vibe and setting is the best part of it all. Totally chill plus I love seeing my sailboat resting there off the beautiful lush green marsh.
